While originally they just dismissed you, with 'account closed, get out of the way', in the last one they seem to be prepared to reconsider the situation. Did I get it right?
I don't think this applies for edlonger. He managed to get the bill notarised, but they wouldn't do the ID, so the "cheap" option is not on offer, otherwise they would have notarised both the bill & ID there & then.
edlonger needs to find out what the problem is too, and rectify it, probably by updating the documents to ensure they are consistent with his current personal details.
