The problem is simple, you are playing at Casino Tropez, and have won with the SUB.
This is the "game" to ensure you make the problem go away by losing everything back to the casino.
Playtech has nothing that players can use to RELIABLY check how much they have wagered. The nearest thing is the tally of comp points, however some casinos have got around this by excluding play with the SUB from receiving comp points. Given how bad the rate is, this seems the only real motive for these casinos to prevent comps being awarded, players can use them to track wagering, and Playtech is designed not to provide this facility.
Even the message at the cashier is bogus, it gives the impression that withdrawals will be rejected if a WR check shows you to be under, but accepted when you are over. I discovered this "bug" at the now notorious "Fastwin", when a withdrawal was accepted, but the casino then said I had more WR to complete. They DID return the funds for me to complete WR, but it was "alarm bells" for me, and what later followed showed me that my "gut feeling" was probably spot on.
I had the same "gut feeling" come over me as I was thinking about making a deposit into my new "Crystal Palace" account, before I had even heard of Casinomeister - again it served me well. Let me down at Casino Rewards though
