    [RESOLVED] casino Tropez/bonus wagering

    Hi,

I Have problems whit this casino about wagering requirements.

Deposit made first 100 +100 BONUS and SECOND DEPOSIT 400 + 200 BONUS
first and second deposit terms are X8 (also pai gai poker allowed)
(fOR allowed BLACK JACK WAGERED AMOUNT DIVIDED BY 3)

    I make my calculation:

    deposit 500 + 300 bonus = 800 X 8 X 3 bLACK JACK = 19200
25 BONUS X 5 X3 BJ = + 375The casino was generous and give a extra 25€ bonus online support told me have to wager x5 AND X3 for BJ
(no terms found on site about this extra bonus)
Deposit 25€ for registering neteller account unlimited 15% BONUS= 3.75
19575 IS THE AMOUNT i HAVE TO WAGER

First attempt cash out on 610€/19660 CASHIER SAY minus your play bonusses
casino say wager more TO cash out
second attempt cash out on 526€/19900 minus play bonus

now they say I have to wager 144.17€ MORE and not solve my complaint

I ask where they get those amount and 4 Times promised to send me A mail never received 1 MAIL IN MY BOX.

The problem is simple, you are playing at Casino Tropez, and have won with the SUB.

This is the "game" to ensure you make the problem go away by losing everything back to the casino.
Playtech has nothing that players can use to RELIABLY check how much they have wagered. The nearest thing is the tally of comp points, however some casinos have got around this by excluding play with the SUB from receiving comp points. Given how bad the rate is, this seems the only real motive for these casinos to prevent comps being awarded, players can use them to track wagering, and Playtech is designed not to provide this facility.

Even the message at the cashier is bogus, it gives the impression that withdrawals will be rejected if a WR check shows you to be under, but accepted when you are over. I discovered this "bug" at the now notorious "Fastwin", when a withdrawal was accepted, but the casino then said I had more WR to complete. They DID return the funds for me to complete WR, but it was "alarm bells" for me, and what later followed showed me that my "gut feeling" was probably spot on.
I had the same "gut feeling" come over me as I was thinking about making a deposit into my new "Crystal Palace" account, before I had even heard of Casinomeister - again it served me well. Let me down at Casino Rewards though

    THANKS for answering,

I'm tired now of the endless support online chat conversation/phonecalls made with no solution.
Always ends with promise to send E-mail from the relevant departement,
In 2-3 hours max bud I receive zero mails yet(2weeks).
I refuse to step in to the trap with my eyes open to wager more and more above the first stated wagering requirements.

    I'm now taking following actions:

    Mail to
    casinomeister
    casinosuite(complaints)
    kahawake
    playtech.site

I hope they will give my deposit money back

    Greetz,
    Gino

    confiusion

    I depOsit total 525€ + 300€ BONUS

The problem was I sayed met wagering requirements
casino say still need to wager 144.17€

Yesterday the casino contacted me by phone.(not so clear confercasion)
First told me play bonus always reduced from cash out.

I look it up see under 6

they let me choose between play more on in the bonus system
(bonus will be reduced when I made a cash out)
or step out of the wagering bonus system .
    First told..
When I cash out now I only keep 326€ from the 526€ I stand on now and met wagering requirements.(=minus the second deposit bonus 200€)
In all the confusion I agree with the second option step out the bonus system
and keep 400 € from the 525€ I deposit in total

So I losses 125€ I met requirements bud play bonus always reduce??

I ALWAYES LOOSE NO MATTER WHAT.

Its very confiusion made and d'ont understand it enymore.

My idea was I was posibole to cash out the amount you stand on when you met wagering requirements without reduced the bonus.

Must I be glad they give me 400 € AND i STAND ON 526€ or I'v beiing tricked with litlee rules I not understand because on the phone told so nice and confiused cheep tricks in my opinion.

Please respond am i along whit this practice

    GINO

If you only need to wager 144euro more, why are you wasting your time by writing and posting this complain, even if you play with 1euro bets, you probably wont need more than 5minutes for it on paigow...

If they told you, to wager 10000 more, ok...

    but for 144euo...

Im sorry for your confusion, but in the future you need to take a closer look at the bonus terms, if you take one.

Most Bonus offers are so called "phantom" boni, that means you can play with them but you canot cash them out, also your own cash will be used in front of the bonus, that means if you have only 200euro left in your accout, you cannot cashout anything, because this are 200euro bonus then.

Having another look, it seems the casino deliberately set up this confusion, by adding the extra bonus. Since it is a phantom bonus, adding an extra, and with different WR to the main one, is just another game. It messes up the calculation, making it harder, so then they can come back and say "wager some more". Other players who have actually wagered the requested extra have just been told they have new figure to hit, and often this is higher than the previous one. Since the extras have no terms and conditions the player can check, the casino can make it all up.

From what I recall about this group, the bonus wagering requirements for extra bonuses such as Neteller 10 and 15% bonuses are actually higher than the wagering requirements for the signup bonus. I remember back when they accepted US players, I had a fiasco on Vegas Red (same group) because they had a 200 + 222 bonus, which was 8x roll over, or 24x on blackjack, but they had a limited time promotion of an extra 50 bonus which required a 20x rollover or 60x on blackjack.

It looks like your bonus probably had the same thing happen.

At any rate, with 144 euros, considering you could grind that out at Blackjack with a negative expectation of around -2.5 euros, I would think that considering the amount of time and effort to make all the complaints that you are planning on making (not to mention that if you are this nitty over 144 euros of wagering, and have to involve a third party, you are going to be labelled as an obvious advantage player) that simply betting the very small amount you have left is by far the better option.

Who wants to take bets that after the €144 is wagered, he'll have to wager some more?

I'm surprised that Tropez is (a) still in business, and (b) not on the rogue list.

Perhaps, but it's safe to say that it would be best to deal with that issue if and when he comes to it.

On the other hand he's got some Terms & Conditions issues to deal with first. I agree with what the others have already said: fulfill the terms of the bonus or don't, but you can't reasonably expect the casino to pay you out on the bonus _before_ you complete your play-through requirements.

Yes, I understand that it's a pain, perhaps as VWM has suggested a needlessly confusing one at that, but it's there in the T&C so ... your choice.
