The casino made some more phone calls to me and I also call back to the casino tropez.
To explain the situation,it cleared up some misunderstandings...

It took some time for the casino to verifië the call made by casino support of the 400€ proposal I agreed on.

So now they put back 400€ to my visa account.

I'm glad the bonus issue is solved in a proper maner now .
