[ON HOLD] Casino Rewards Lies At You

Just be warned, the chat support people lie at you to make you deposit:

THIS WAS THE CHAT I HAD, BEFORE I DEPOSITED:

    CASINO REWARDS (Yukon Gold):

Please wait for an operator to respond.

All operators are busy assisting other players. We will endeavour to assist you as soon as

possible. Thank you for your patience.

You are now chatting with Tim.

Tim: Welcome to the CR Helpdesk Live Chat service. How can I help you?

    ME: hi

ME: I have a question about your bonus system

    ME: still there ?

    ME: hello ?

    Tim: sure

    ME: ok

ME: so, I got a mail with an 25% bonus offer

    Tim: yes

ME: is it possible to cash out BEFORE I met all wagering requirements (and let the

    bonus set to zero) ?

    ME: or not ?

Tim: Is this respective bonus for your first deposit into the casino, or have you made previous

    deposits

ME: No, this is not the first deposit bonus

Tim: then you can cash out when you like !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ME: ok, nice. Is this the case for the whole Casino Rewards Group (all casinos) ?

    Tim: ye4s

    Tim: yes

    ME: ok thx then

    ME: and bye

Then, when I got the bonus and looked at the withdraw page, the system just said: "NOT possible, min. wagering requirements not met."

I had a new chat then:

You are now chatting with Helene.

Helene: Welcome to the CR Helpdesk Live Chat service. How can I help you?

    ME: Hi

    Helene: hi

ME: I have redeemed a bonus from casino rewards here

ME: now, I'd like to know, if I must play through all the wagering requirements, or if

I'm able to cash in if I win before the wagering requirements are met ?

Helene: no, you will have to meet the wagering requirements first

ME: yesterday, I asked in this chat the same, and they said I WILL be able to cash in

    !!

ME: ME: is it possible to cash out BEFORE I met all wagering requirements

(and let the bonus set to zero) ? ME: or not ? Tim: Is this respective bonus for your

first deposit into the casino, or have you made previous deposits ME: No, this is not

the first deposit bonus Tim: then you can cash out when you like ME: ok, nice. Is this

the case for the whole Casino Rewards Group (all casinos) ? Tim: ye4s Tim: yes ME: ok

    thx then

    ME: this was thew chat..

ME: why did he say this ?

    Helene: you will

Helene: have to play a certain amount of time before being able to redeem

Helene: then automatically the system will let you

Helene: but you will lose all your bonuses

Helene: both of us are right

Helene: I just answered regarding a short-time period

    Helene: just after depositing

Helene: Is there anything else I can help you with?

ME: hmm, ok can you say what you mean with "certain" amount of time ?

ME: I only ask, because I allways lose on slots, and without slot play, this bonus is

    "never" released...

Helene: it depends on the games you are playing at and your bets

    Helene: it may vary

ME: so, its NOT time, its playthrough ????

ME: its just the 30 times ?

    ME: you mean ???

    Helene: yes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

ME: aha, so I can NOT sachout before the bonus is at zero ??

ME: so, why was the Tim right then ??

    ME: just want to understand.

Helene: you understand it the first time

    Helene: it is all correct

    ME: NO

ME: Why did he say I can cashout WHENEVER I like

    ME: when I can NOT

ME: for example, if win now 100, can I cashout then ?

Helene: I suggest you try to withdraw

Helene: and you will see if the system lets you or not

ME: no, I dont want to withdraw now

Helene: it depends I told you

ME: but I went to the withdraw screen to see the requirements

Helene: the system decides whether or not

ME: and the systen only says:"min. req. NOT met"

ME: YES, I see, so Tim was wrong

    ME: THX and bye

Helene: Thank you for chatting with us.

    Helene: Goodbye

Helene: we were both right ME

Helene: just wager a little bit more !!!!!!!! LOLLOLLOL (yes 600 per 10 bonus on VideoPoker, 1500 per 10 bonus on American Roulette)

Helene: and the system will let you

    Helene: bye

WOW, I was PISSED, as you can think..... (although, the whole time time in the chat I was near to just write back: LOL...)

I'm thinking you should get in touch with the eCOGRA rep, Tex Rees. I see the casino is not on their Approved list, but others in the group are so I'm thinking it's still a good place to start. Besides according to other threads (this one for instance) Tex is familiar with this casino and has dealt with complaints about them in the past.

LATER: Ok, that's confirmed. You should contact eCOGRA directly (start here, and note the "To submit a dispute" link at the bottom) and see what happens with that. If it doesn't pan out then you can report back here and we'll go to the next step.

    DONT TRUST CASINO REWARDS

    Oh no,

I'm not willing to invest more time in that. I just tried to play it through and lost it. No prob. (was not that much)

But I'm done with a group that lies. I always had to worry, if I would get my money, in case I win BIG.

It's just a group you can NOT TRUST.

As you wish, but we can't help you if you don't put in the effort too.

UPDATED: Unless I hear otherwise from you I'm going to consider the issue "on hold". We can reactivate this whenever you decide to take that first step and contact eCOGRA.

They (CasinoRewards) suspend your ability to cash-in your comps you already earned if you win enough. They say to deposit and play more, but don't tell you exactly how much. I tell you. You need to deposit and play (lose) to be an overall loser. Then they will enable the points and bonuses again.

I played in 3 of their casinos, got a bonus twice, played without a bonus three times, and was marked as a bonus hunter, just because I was lucky and came out as a net winner with my non-bonus deposits. So I don't have the right anymore to cash in the points I earned with NON-BONUS play. Shame.

    What they say:

"We regret to inform you that your use of promotional chips has been temporarily suspended.

Unfortunately, due to promotional abuse in the past, the casino has been forced to take precautionary steps to ensure that players do not take advantage of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds.

To exchange your points for casino chips simply deposit and play at any of your Casino Rewards partner casinos. Your points should be available to you soon!"

And what they mean (as I played three times without a bonus): You have already won enough, we don't give you comps any more, please lose some money first.

If you receive comps and promotions, and frequently play there (CR), think twice. You probably spend too much on online gambling.

Casino Rewards has always been the black sheep of the MG casinos. Nothing new in that. They have locked bonus account for many players. In fact they also confiscated one of my bonuses. (But I got it back one years later though) Just searching this forum will give insight into Casino Rewards business ethics.

But the fundamental problem in your case is more general than just Casino Rewards. Over 1 year ago MG release a new simple bonus type supported by the software. This was the Clearplay/Ez-Bonus system. Bonus was released in 10$ amounts after wagering 300$(weighted games contributions) and customers could withdraw at ANY time and just forfeit the remaining bonus. This was a very good bonus system that would minimize complaints and misunderstanding. Whenever a player made a withdrawal he was told he would forfeit the remaining bonus amount. No confiscation of winnings because you made withdrawal before completing wagering or had played illegal games.

Unfortunately many MG casinos decided to change the rules for this bonus in a ways that was not supported by the software and directly in conflict with what was stated on the MG withdrawal page within their own casino software! This caused nothing but trouble, especially since players now were used to the easy to understand EZ-Bonus and some MG casinos still followed the rules while others did not.

I believe that the reason some MG casinos started to cheat with rules was that 100% EZBonus was too good for the players. The solution would have been to give 50% bonuses instead, but a 50% bonus did not sound as good a 100% bonus and the casinos wanted to have some offers that looked good on paper.

I have had casino rewards blacklisted for some time now.

Far too many player complaints and affiliate complaints.

Bad casino Group in my opinion... I advise people to stay away from Casino Rewards and their casinos.
