Ok, I've heard back from that casino manager, among other things he said:

... all of the affected customers will be contacted, reimbursed and compensated with a new offer. This will be done no later than tomorrow (Friday).
Once that is done I'm told we can expect to hear from them here. Sounds great! I look forward to closing the book on this one.

O.k. lets see what happens tomorrow . If would accept if they refund my losses.
I cannot imagine that they offer another bonus, BJ included.

Would it not have been better just to close the offer for new players. Whatever they say to gloss over this, they have retrospectively changed terms and conditions for existing players who had already taken the offer and agreed to the terms then. They may make a new offer, but this is not what players signed up for, and can they be trusted not to do this again in the future?

This thead (and many others), make me breath free air a lot easier.

I am really not at big loss at them and don't even need their reimburstment really. But, I was touched by the way they acted and by the ignorance to explain their actions.

    Great news before weekend.
I did not get any mail from Parbet how they want to regulate this.
But I looked into my account today and saw that they credited me with 180$.
As I had fulfilled 90% of the WR at the expiry date , this is exact the amount that I released through wagering from the 200$ Bonus.
I am very happy with this and want to say thank you to maxd for his efforts.
