I guess at least it means you will learn always to check what you have wagered before withdrawing.
    Sorry man.

I do love these jokers who show up here saying stuff like this. Would love to know what occupation his is in real life, that leads someone to come along here and condone blatant thievery.

Why is this even up for debate anyways? Someone who gleefully confiscates your winnings, just because you counted wrong, or didn't fully understand the terms of a bonus, and so pressed withdraw prematurely - without giving you the chance to have the funds back & complete the terms -is someone with far less scruples than the average character in the Sopranos.

Yes this is so absurd. I got too excited about the big win, and wagered 100 less, now they take away 1000.

Update: I found out Maxima's manager signed up to this forum on the 1st of August! But he has disabled PMs and emails and didn't post in this thread either. Strange!

I've had loads of spam from them too.

    Look at this;
    Dear Kasino,

Since we are very interested in our best clients and considering you one of them, we would like to offer you this bonus as a token of appreciation to our VIP players.

We would also like to inform you that you were chosen from a large group of people to receive a 30 GBP Free Bonus No deposit required!

Get ready for the time of your life !

If you are visiting Maxima Casino for the first time, you are also eligible to receive an outstanding welcome bonus of 300% for your first deposit.
First it addresses me by my first name (which I changed by the way, my real name is not Kasino ), then says I am 'one of their best clients' (even though I have never even visited their website, let alone downloaded their casino), but then it goes on to say 'if you are a new customer...'

They can't even spam properly, so it's hardly surprising they have no idea about how to run a reputable casino!

So I'm going to spam them back with a link to this thread and a short note as to why I think this type of unreasonable confiscation of funds is simply not acceptable from a new casino striving to be reputable (I hope) in a world of so many rogues.

If anyone else wants to do the same, here are their e-mails:
    support@maximacasino.com - Customer support services
    cashier@maximacasino.com - Deposits , withdraw , banking questions
    marketing@maximacasino.com - Promotions, marketing inquires
    webmaster@maximacasino.com - Our adv. Program , partners
manager@maximacasino.com - Any inquiry's pertaining to overall operation of the casino
pitboss@maximacasino.com - Any questions about games , comps , promos
    techsupport@maximacasino.com - Any software problem
    vip@maximacasino.com - Special VIP questions
security@maximacasino.com - Any issues related to security of site, software, games
    info@maximacasino.com - General information

    Wow they have a lot!
Which one shall I spam... I know - all of them!

If anyone feels the same & wants to follow suit, this is what I wrote.
Feel free to copy my text or make up your own!
    Dear Maxima,

Thank you very much for your unsolicited e-mail (spam) offering me a generous promotion as 'one of your VIP clients', even though I have never visited your casino before.

I am very tempted, but a bit worried about depositing after reading this thread at CasinoMeister.com:
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...-winnings.html

If what is posted is true, then you confiscated a considerable sum in winnings from a player who inadvertently breached one of your conditions. Apparently he requested a withdrawal when he was 0.7% short of the stipulated wagering requirements.
Now I agree a breach of rules is a breach of rules, but apparently this player was given no warning by the software prior to withdrawal that he had fallen short. Neither was he given any opportunity to complete the wagering when this tiny slip was spotted by yourselves.

It looks like your casino is new?
Whether new or not, I personally think this type of unreasonable confiscation of funds is simply not acceptable from a casino striving to be reputable (I hope) in a world of so many rogues.

I hope you may see fit to review this case and reconsider your decision.

    Yours, Me.

I'm just catching up with this now. Are you sure you tried PMing him? He has "email disabled" but not the PM function. I checked the stats and he has received only one PM - and that is probably from Vortran who PMs everyone when they join.

I've email him (and PMd him) requesting him to look into this matter.

Thanks for this. Did you get any reaction from the manager of Maxima casino? He's probably aware of this thread, I sent an email to him (manager@maximacasino.com) after my first post in this thread and he signed up very quickly then.

I have also submitted a complaint at www.playtech.com on the 19th of August. I have not received even an acknowledgement they have received it. In fact, if you hit the submit button there is also no acknowledgement whatsoever it takes you straight back to your filled out complaint. So I hit submit again thinking something went wrong but apparently it works this way.

Maxima Casino and Playtech doesn't show a very professional image I'm afraid.

Agreed - this is unacceptable. I emailed the manager on the 18th concerning another member's PAB and also this thread. The manager didn't have the courtesy to respond.

Playtech needs to hire an intern or someone to fill in the black hole over there. This is not rocket science, and they have had more than enough input and guidance to get their act together.

Um, I will watch with interest.
I got an email with a free £30 chip offer which I took up and got my balance to £900
I have gone well past the 99* WR and read the T&C's
Apparently max cashout is £100 but they want you to make a minimum deposit of £50 before you can withdraw. hmmmm
Be nice to get some upfront reassurance that any cashout I make will go smoothly.

$50? I am sceptical. If they only wished to confirm your identity or something like that, $10 or at most $20 would be enough. I believe that their non-responsiveness should be enough to prove their incompetence so your $50 is better off in your pockets than theirs.

A bit harsh on these 2 posters, Tristan. I think they only meant to clarify the terms and that they may not necessarily agree with these "rogues". Strictly to the letter, if you are a dollar short of WRs, you are a dollar short. One must remember not to give these casinos a chance to rip you off. In this case, I would be interested to know why his play only went to $14300 and not $14400. Assuming all games are allowed, the comps will be a perfect reference for the amount played. Nonetheless, they have shown thru their antics that they are destined for roguedom or are they already rogued?
