Dear Maxima,
Thank you very much for your unsolicited e-mail (spam) offering me a generous promotion as 'one of your VIP clients', even though I have never visited your casino before.
I am very tempted, but a bit worried about depositing after reading this thread at CasinoMeister.com:
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...-winnings.html
If what is posted is true, then you confiscated a considerable sum in winnings from a player who inadvertently breached one of your conditions. Apparently he requested a withdrawal when he was 0.7% short of the stipulated wagering requirements.
Now I agree a breach of rules is a breach of rules, but apparently this player was given no warning by the software prior to withdrawal that he had fallen short. Neither was he given any opportunity to complete the wagering when this tiny slip was spotted by yourselves.
It looks like your casino is new?
Whether new or not, I personally think this type of unreasonable confiscation of funds is simply not acceptable from a casino striving to be reputable (I hope) in a world of so many rogues.
I hope you may see fit to review this case and reconsider your decision.
Yours, Me.
