That is not good. If he's been here, he should at least have had the courtesy to reply to your PM.

Well its time for everyone to go back to work now, holidays are over so maybe he will show up. He could have been on vacation. I hope that is the case. Good luck to you Burrito...

What a surprise; check out my thread. This is unreal, especially the fact that the manager refuses to do anything about it.

ridiculous he hasn't responded. there was a post in another thread about the fact that you can check and see he's logged in everyday, and is obviously just ignoring pms and threads at this point.

I've attached an attachment that shows that Phynqster's last login was on the 31st. So I'm still saying that Phynqster will come thru in the end.

    Have a good one.

I was going to use one of those coupons back in November for VIDEO POKER - and decided to ask live chat re multi-hand video poker and they said it was NOT considered to be video poker and was excluded.

A sad indictment that I felt I actually had to do that first isnt it.....

That still doesn't explain why he has ignored everyone when he WAS logging in everyday. Not even a quick note saying he's going on vacation or whatever. Just silence.

If he had time to log in, he had time to acknowlege PM's sent to him.

I absolutely agree with you Winbig. It's a common courtesy to at least acknowledge receipt of a PM, even if it can't be dealt with immediately. Sorry Cipher, I'm always willing to cut the casino reps a little slack, as I think it's great that they monitor the forum and try to assist when they can....but I just checked and Phynqster was online today.

So now I'm curious, has anyone who sent a PM in the last week or two received a reply as yet?
