    You need to PAB if you want Futurebet to look into this. I've just sent one concerning this casino on an unrelated matter, and they are dealing with this.

    TomT I would advise you to hold off on the forum war in the short term - just until Bryan has had a chance to try the rational PAB approach to Futurebet/Taj Mahal Palace.

    In Washington you renew your licence every 4 years. You can get a new one without the sticker but it costs you. (not much) I would recommend a new licence only because not everyone is aware of the address change sticker and they just plain dont trust altered(even official) licences.
    Id theft if rampid in this state and it pays to keep you id current. Just say you lost your and get another.

    Thanks to everyone for all the support... and a big thanks to Casinomeister Bailey for going to bat for me on this.

    Mr. Bailey, after your quick contact with TajMahal, they contacted me right away to try and resolve this. They proposed sending me half my money immediately and the other half no later than January, provided I apologize for the strong language I directed at their support staff. Anyway, that was about 10 days ago and they've been jerking me around again ever since... I haven't received one cent from them yet. I spoke to their "Sam" a couple of times but now whenever I call, he is never in. They REALLY don't want to pay up... it's pretty clear.
    Anyway, Mr. Bailey, I emailed you a couple of times in the past week/10 days in an attempt to keep you up to date on the situation, but I didn't hear back from you. It appears Tajmahal is dragging their feet again on this, would you be able to contact them again on my behalf and light a bit of a fire under them? And if possible, let them know that they should be remitting my full winnings immediately without this half-now half-later proposal... I think they've already had plenty of time to pay me.
