Hi Bingo players

From what I can see Casinomeister is not involved in accrediting or resolving bingo disputes.....

Who are the main player advocates/watchdogs for online bingo??

Hope you can help as I need this for work, having to learn very quickly a whole load of stuff about white labels, bingo networks, marketting and affiliates, payment, bonus bucks...I think my heads goona explode

That's not really true, we do accept PABs against bingo sites. See the PAB Archives for past examples of this. There are not a lot of bingo-related cases listed there but there are some.

In my experience doing the PABs for the past three years I'd have to say that the bingo sites are some of the most unprofessional, mismanaged and customer-abusive sites I've encountered. If I were still playing online (I retired from all that some years ago) I wouldn't go near them. YMMV.

I hope this one works out very differently, we are a long established company with a great brand and reputation and this is our first veture into gaming. All I can say is that everyone involved in our project is honest, caring , genuine and sincere about making it work and we have good financial backing. I am trying to learn quickly a whole new world of terminology and complications, as my gaming experience is only in the world of bookmaking, arcade slots and land based bingo. This online stuff is all very complicated and I am spending many a night trying to read up and catch up.

Hopefully no PABs

I suppose it's worth remembering that I only hear about a site when someone has a complaint about them, so my experience is naturally going to be skewed towards the negative.
