When a casino goes under what happens?

on big wins it is common for a casino and player to agree on a payout schedule. Do they get stiffed on the balance?

I assume an online casino is regulated like a B/M casino meaning it should have enough money on hand to cover reasonable losses is this in any way accurate?

Is it possible for an online casino to simply just shut down and re-open under a new name therefore voiding all player wins (only corporation is responsible)

and totally unrelated but how do I remove a new thread I wrote that I think contains too heated of language. (I shouldn't of swore without #$% substitutes) it's in bonus complaints
