    Re the PAB service

Moments like these make me contemplate the whole PAB system, and whether it should be available only for Senior members and above. But I'm not going to let one weasel ruin it for all of the legit players who have real problems.

And it will never be a paid for service - that's out of the question.
I agree the service should never be a paid for as it could lead to all sorts of problems but would a Compulsory donation to a charity before a PAB was considered/taken on weed out the fraudsters/ass-clowns or do you think it would still ruin it for the legit players,

IMO the PAB service is invaluble to players and if there was ever a time i needed to use it i would have no problems in paying a donation to charity, whereas if i was a fraud i probably wouldnt want to bother,
then if a player did donate and was found out to be a fraudster at least the charity would gain,
    I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,

The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

hmmmm...for new users make them pay a deposit or "filing fee" when submitting a PAB, if they turn out to be legit, the deposit is returned - if it turns out to bogus or fraudulent, keep the deposit. Probably wouldn't get so many frauds that way. Seems like a good idea but I'm sure there are all sorts of things wrong with it.

Not the least of which would be that then the fraudsters would say Bryan ruled in the casinos favor just to be able to keep the deposit....

Thats why i thought a charity donation would be better at least that way people couldnt turn around and accuse CM of gaining personally from a decision,

Thanks all for the input. As far as the PAB stuff goes, I don't want any money changing hands. We've had quite a number of people who had successful PABs and made donations to charity with a portion of whatever they received. Max and I merely get the right people involved in order to resolve PAB issues.

It's up to the player to do what he wants with his money - we have nothing to do with this.

It's wonderful that Bryan has a wish list on his page. I think it would be great if Max and Simmo had one as well. It gives us the option of saying Thank You for the help and hard work doing the PAB'S or anything else we needed help with, through Charity, a personal gift on there list or both. Just a suggestion.

Oh I think I could probably manage something like that. Good suggestion!
