Do you mean "Baptism by Fire"?? This is reserved for casinos that are coming on board to the Accredited Section. Rome is not under consideration for this.

Yea That chat is hilarious, in all the wrong ways. Thankfully that person was fired along with the rest of that CS team about 6 weeks ago.

Well I was hired about then but yes pretty sure. He was fired then, but continued in his capacity more or less until I now replaced him on CM.
