You should give Max at least two weeks to look into it, these things take time and depending on the circumstances regarding each one it could take a little longer also depending on how responsive the casino in question is being.

I agree with Rob. Max will let you know when the casino responds.

I just checked the log and you submitted yours on the 13th, and you didn't fill in the section "What do you want done". Max noted that he was contacting you on this (either via PM or email) so we know what you want us to do.

I'll check, but this was the only thing holding it up.

And to answer your question, it's usually only a matter of days with Max. When I was doing it, it was a matter of weeks.

Ok, my bad here. I had received Hana's info on the weekend and ... what can I say, by Monday morning it had slipped my mind. Anyway, it's done now and in their hands.

As to your question "how long", that kind of depends on what you're asking, specifically:

Q: How long for me to receive your PAB?
    A: Usually within 24 hours.

Q: How long for me to process and submit the PAB?
A: Usually less than 3 days, unless I have an 'oopsy' like I did here.

Q: How long 'til I get an answer once the PAB has been submitted?
A: Varies widely but the average is about a week or so.

Q: How long 'til you get an answer once the PAB has been submitted?
A: Varies widely and depends entirely on the quality of the responses I get from the casino, or whatever: garbage in, garbage out ... though I don't bother forwarding the garbage. Very roughly, expect something between one and two weeks.

Q: How long to get the casino to pay up, or whatever?
A: It varies enormously: a few issues get resolved within 48 hours, a fair percentage within the first week, more within the first couple weeks and most by the end of the fourth week. Those that drag past the end of the fourth week usually have less than a 50/50 chance though some have turned out well after two or more months of grinding away.

Q: How long does it take to get a "P.I.B" done?
A: I have no idea, I do PABs, not PIBs.

Hopefully the question you were really asking falls in there somewhere. If not feel free to ask for details.

    Regards,
    Max.
