Aff UTD and me have being speaking to me in the last couple of days

I have significant proof that at least one certain player should be tagged to Aff UTD but he is not!

He has being signed up to William hill for 9 Months but i only found out 3 Days ago.

Checked the Account and nothing is there.

It then Came down to me having to provide proof

Here is what i have

Hes a very trusting friend
He is tagged to me in other affiliate programs
He is a frequent user of my site
He is willing to ring aff UTD to let them no
He is willing to email them to let them no

Theres alot more...

Aff UTD say

No sorry you could have just met him in the street (thats after i told them everything i no about him, basicly his life story (i had consent from him to do this)

Yes thats right met him in the middle of the street , thats funny because he is currently based in Germany.

I was even told on the phone to get him to close his account then sign up again through my links!! (Thats Rogue in my opinion)
(so basicly they dont want to give me the 9 month DAILY PLAY Commisions they ow me)
(and why would i do that anyway when it didnt work last time?)

There is so much more to this story , No doubt they will post here and try to defend thereselves. But once they do that i will have this user sign up here at CM and explain his side of the story , then il screen shot a hole lot more evidence for you all

I hate this kind of stuff. Affiliation is to help players but it is also to a business and i want to make a successfull business out of it so i will not stand for this crap!

Did you checked the probability that maybe your friend signed-up through your site, but it's possible that he had already a cookie from WH in his browser, just from his last visit to WH website or from other websites?

I Have gone very deep into this. Until he started using our site he only played at Ladbrokes or betfred. The first time he visited william hill was through our Site.

Are you sure he signed up via your link? Even if yes, your friend may have visited WH from another site before using yours. If he had a cookie from another affiliate installed on his computer, then that affiliate got credit for that player, not you.

No the tags were fine as i copyd and pasted from my website into the email and they said it works fine . Ye ino thats the problem. But still he deffinatly signed up through our link and i have plenty of evidence thatis 90% concrete , the only thing i dont have is a live video of him siging up from the link.

They said i needed to prove it.I sent them everything but a video , so what the hell do they want? They have messed me about so much.

I don't promote WH but taking a quick look at the cookie from the WH site and again through someones affiliate site,
that's a 72 hour cookie, like most playtechs.

I believe the browser won't pass an expired cookie.

You need to see if your friend joined after 72 hours from when he first clicked the link.

I do understand exactly what you are saying but he joined the moment after he clicked through our Link.

But still this is what you should be also looking at , After signing up to william hill we have only had one click! Impossible as i would have clicked it more than that when i Built the link.

Not surprised about any of this - I wouldn't trust Affiliates United as far as I could throw them.

After Will Hills "sold out" their affy program to the formerly rogue CPays group, things went downhill rapidly. Not much wrong with the actual casinos themselves and I think they generally treat their players OK, but when I twice tried promoting them for quite long periods, according to AU I brought in ZERO players - which is highly unusual.
IMO there is definitely something "iffy" about Aff Utd and my advice would be to dump them & move on like I did.

Im so annoted now because i now know how much i have lost inc comission and they made me look a idiot. I will MAKE SURE they get the publicity they deserve.

Decided to Attend LAC to speak to Aff UTD in person. Just to let them no how serious affiliates are.
