MyBet closed my account even though I still earn rev-share - BEWARE

The story starts here. I started with mybet a while ago in 2011. Started on 50% revenue share and spent 3-4 months on this plan and got quite a few players. Then I changed commission plan to CPA while I was still earning rev share on those players I brought in before.

Last April/May 2012 they inform me that the CPA deal will finish in June because they are "not making money" although the deposits speak otherwise. I was totally fine with this and wanted to make sure that my account will not be closed, just the deal stopped and I keep getting the rev share on those players. They assured me its only the CPA deal and account will remain open.

This week, I try to login and my account was banned. I contacted them and they said we had informed you we will be closing your account. I obviously told them we agreed on stopping the cPA deal and you assured me I will continue getting Rev share. They asked me to wait to check then their reply was this:

"I am sorry, but your affiliate account was removed from our system,
and our management will not restore it, because of the ending of the deal.

They said when the deal or the contract is closed, then it is closed
There is nothing I can do or they would change"

According to their commission terms it says:
"There is no monthly negative carry over and of course we will pay a share for the lifetime of a customer."

While in our emails they said they would charge negative carryover (which I was also ok with also), there are still players that are playing so the deal should still be active and I was still getting a €500-800 rev share per month from them, which I do not want to lose.

I think this is highly unfair. All I want is my account restored and to get what is owed to me - rev share from these players that I signed up while on Rev share deal, until they keep playing.

I will look for the rep however I'm sure its the same affiliate manager I deal with and have already sent mails to.

Please note, they ALWAYS paid me on time and what I was owed and I never had serious problems. Its just now they decided to take such an ignorant action against me.

There is no problem stopping a CPA deal, but closing an account with what seems a considerable number of still active players is the kind of bullshit Grand Prive tried a while back, also with the argument that the affiliate program didn't make enough money to make it worth continuing with.

If rev share is positive, they ARE still making money from the players you have sent them, and by closing your account they are now making an extra €500-800 per month.

If they do it to one affiliate, they will do it to others, and it could be a sign that affiliates in general are about to get a Right Royal Reaming because the operator is not making enough money from the affiliates.


It may be that they resent having to pay rev share on "old" but obviously loyal players at a time when affiliates are no longer serving up new players in large enough numbers. Again, not much different to Grand Prive's argument for closing down the affiliate program, although in their case they admitted it was down to them no longer accepting the US players affiliates were mostly sending their way. This was not the affiliate's fault, it was down to Grand Prive and MGS making a business decision to stop accepting new players. Grand prive didn't want to keep paying rev share for "legacy" players when they could not sign up new ones.


This also shows how little loyal players are valued compared to new.

Hence why I am quite mad with this. I had no problem with them stopping the deal, but dont touch the players I got on rev share as thats the whole idea. I did not get any cpa or advance payment for these players and just reaping the profits of them recently.

Regarding them not making money is also questionable for me since not one month passed where total deposits weren't less then 10k, sometimes at 20k a month. But hey I only see deposits however logic makes you believe that you deposit if you lost money, so lost money is revenue for the casino. And I have screenshots to prove this. but that is another story and not my concern.

They are still claiming the have abided by the T&C... and informed me and that this shouldnt be news to me that they closed my account...

What pisses me off the most is that they actually assured me i will keep getting the rev. Not only that but players brought in while still on the cpa deal and that convert later on after the deal is terminated will also be credited...

I really feel cheated here.

Dear All,

Further to the issue above I have sent various emails to mybet and they reviewed the issue and decided that they promised me I would keep getting rev share in error so they re-opened the account gave me an extra 2 months till end August to keep getting the rev then they would close. They cited they did not make money.

In the meantime I found a report from the NetRefer system which clearly shows they made almost 30,000 Euro on my players so not only did they make money but they are now lying. I have also sent them these pictures and told them it clearly shows that they made money and they should re-instate my account for lifetime of these rev players but it seems in retaliation they decided to re-ban my account.

I am attaching these pictures as proof to you all so you can see I am not making this story up.

I honestly thought that Mybet would do the honourable thing and re-instate my account but it seems they chose the cowardly and cheating road of banning me all-together.

All of you who are promoting them or decide to should re-think their decision as this could happen to you and this is a company that boasts its Public listing and JAXX ltd ownership however they are no different then any other rogue + cheating affiliate program out there.


Below you can see the summary of deposits and Net Revenue Mybet made, and it clearly shows they have 104,000 Euro in revenue::

And here is written Email from Mybet from april confirming that they are saying They did not make any money and that I was paid 73,400 Euro which till end of June went up to almost 75,000 Euro:

Please note that the costs they mention should already be deducted from Net revenue as they have stated many times that the Net revenue is the amount of revenue minus withdrawals, bonuses, royalties, platform costs and the highly debated "Adjsutments"

So if they would try to use the excuse that the Net revenue on that screenshot above does not include costs, they are lying again as they have stated many times that it includes costs already removed.


Do not deal with Mybet. They made 30,000 Euro in profit from me till now and they are claiming they did not make money. I have given them countless chances to make this right however they keep on proving they do not want to admit they made a mistake here and basically treated me like garbage.

To those who work with mybet, just pray your players make a lot of money because if mybet make less then 50% of the share they pay you, you get kicked out it seems. they are not happy with thousands they make, they just want to make more then the affiliate, ALWAYS.

They lie and tell you they didnt make money when they really made close to 30% which is not enough for them.

Mybet totally sucks. Whoever works with them, good luck.

And its really cowardly they never decided to reply in any of my forum threads even though I sent them all of them and they are fully aware of them and due to these threads is one of the reasons why they don't want to re-open my account... cowards!

Well, since they are on the accredited list at Casinomeister, they have an obligation to deal with these issues. I PMd the rep on the 19th of July, but I have yet to have a response. The rep hasn't accessed her account since May, so it looks like some one has moved on.

I don't mind at all - the linking to pertinent threads at AGD. I guess I've been out of the loop on this . Those terms are totally uncool and are unbecoming of an accredited casino.

This was also a problem during their baptism thread. They did not bother to reply to issues raised and they did not bother to even visit this forum. You should consider to remove them from the accredited section. As I wrote in the baptism thread, they simply could not care any less about this forum.

on the contrary! they are well aware of these forums and the communities. They just are too scared to reply when they know they are at wrong. they closed my account at first they did not make money, then when i proved that wrong they said because I abused the affiliate managers and was rude, then when that was also proven wrong they said that its because I opened these threads in the forums....

thats how much they don't care....

After extensive talks with MyBet we were not successful in the program removing or altering this term, they stand by the decision to steal from affiliates. This is way beyond predatory IMO.

Well, this sounds really unfair. We´re looking for a new affiliate programm since a few days and Mybet looks really nice.

Thx for the information regarding their terms. Looks like a very unsafe deal now and we´ll choose another NetEnt Casino.
