A long-term, VIP player at BeTheDealer came to us with problems related to a $33,500 pay-out that was several months overdue. The casino had proposed and committed to a series of installment payments but failed to follow-through after the first payment had been made. The casino then skipped on two subsequent payments at which point the player asked us to get involved.

The casino refused to discuss the case but assured us that the player had been contacted with "a solution". The player disagreed: no such contact had been made. We complained to the manager and finally heard from the player that the casino promised the missing payments within days: they never came.

Again we approached the casino and were again told that a solution had been agreed to with the player. The player verified that a new date had been set for the payments. Those dates have again come and gone and the player has seen no payments forthcoming.

At no point did the casino dispute the monies owed.

Emails from us and the player to the casino support staff and the casino manager now go unanswered. This situation has gone on for some weeks now.

Warning: BeTheDealer is not paying players even after agreeing to payout terms. The casino manager repeatedly makes and breaks commitments with the end result that players wait but the payments never come. When the requests for help become inconvenient the casino people simply refuse to reply.

Until such time as this situation is corrected we advise players to avoid BeTheDealer.

About a week ago we were contacted by the casino management. They expressed great concern and pledged to resolve the player's grievance ASAP.

As of today I have word from the player that they have in fact paid in full. I now withdraw this Warning accordingly.
