Virtual Racing

This is seriously rigged. And not to be trusted.

I have played on both William Hill last night and Ladbrokes tonight.

Both start off great with the favourites winning pretty frequently, enough to suck you in... then bam the favourites don't win any more. The whole thing is shocking in it's audacity to skank you.

It was almost like someone was sat there watching me bet, throwing me a few wins and then deciding it was time to make me lose, tonight I lost 25 times in a row, I would maybe call it a freak of cyberspace, but for it also happening last night on William Hill.

last night on the william hill greenside, the favourite didn't win for 30+ races. Actually it was 2 hours worth, the races run every 5 minutes... This happened after I had been doing well on it also..

Tonight on Ladbrokes the same thing happened, I was doing well and suddenly bam! the favourite didn't win for 25+ races. and this was on virtual greyhounds...(greyhounds supposedly having better odds due to only having 6 runners.)

A favourite not winning for that many races has never happened to me in real life... fuck mathematics and people telling me that this is perfectly within the bounds of fair play or RNG bullshit or whatever, it aint, it is evil and a sick trick to play on someone... and I jinx them and hope they experience the same horrible feeling you get when you realize you've been ripped off.

Is a load of crap... and I will never bother with it again.

And if this post has put anyone off trying virtual racing, then it will have done it's job.

Stay away it is evil...

A losing sequence of 25 for the favourites does happen in local racing although this occurs once or at most twice during an entire racing season which comprises nearly 650 races. Furthermore, the field capacity of 12/14 runners is reached on at least 30% of the races making it harder for favourites to win. As for virtual racing, I havent played it at WH or Laddies but are ther only 8 runners. If so, the 25-losing run beggars disbelief and I would agree that we exercise extreme caution when playing.

Not to argue a point but just some observations for what it is worth..from 40+ years of experience on real and fantasy horse/dog racing...

If you have a 100 races...the favorite will win 30% of the time which means it will lose 66 races approximately but in what sequence, no one can tell...

Virtual horse racing is pretty much the same..this is one argument my brother and I have had for the last 40 years on horse racing..

He ALWAYS plays the favorites and I ask him why when he is signing up to lose 2/3rds of the time??? I choose to play all longshots and win 2/3rds of the time and a very tidy sum at that (see screenshots) that will carry me on to the next big one whereas he will go broke each and EVERY time he plays due to his obsession with favorites...and his words are, that horse/dog can't lose!

Well, if one can think in terms of the horse/dog/ animal DOESN"T know it is supposed to win..you will save a lot of heartache in the long run....An animal truly has no clue he is supposed to win...always remember that when betting and you will bring in some good bucks...the players make the animal a favorite, but the animal doesn't know this and if he has had a bad day...he will be just that, a tired, losing animal.no matter how low he was bet down on odds...

So, you have a choice, play the favorites and win 1/3 of the time for piddly pennies or play the odds of longshots and win 2/3rds of the time for big bucks that will carry you through to another big win...I choose longshots EVERY time...a bigger bang for the buck...why try to win 20 cents on the dollar when you can win 300 bucks on the dollar..never understood that either.. Just MHO...

Perhaps... but I've never won betting on longshots... although when I first started this is what I used to do but then I didn't have a clue what I was doing... I am sure you know more about it than me, and know which longshots to go for....

I just check with the racing post and work out which favourites are most likely to win... and roughly 55% of the time I strike...

However with virtual racing you are at the whim of a computer which can be rigged and I am pretty sure it is... so with virtual racing whoever you bet on, it will still fail to win after a set number of pre-determined times... because it isn't anything to do with animals... the computer graphics are just playing out the result of rigged random number generators.

Real racing is different, there aren't any computers determining the outcome....

however even real races can be rigged now and again by someone bribing the favourite to lose, so that another horse wins.... but that doesn't happen too often...

This past week, I rather stupidly thought I would give virtual racing a go out of curiosity... I wish I hadn't... it is more like playing a high variance low paying slot machine than real racing...

I like the cartoon races.

I bet on 9/1 and 14/1 shot cartoons.

I see it as less rigged than real horseracing

I have won more on the cartoons that the real racing.

9/1 gives me £20 for £2
14/1 gives me £30 for £2

Damn, theres no way i am going to be on a real horse at 1/3 only to watch the rider hold it back.

Who cares about form? I know I dont. If it was that easy everyone would win. I keep my bets around the 10/1 mark and walk out if I get a win

If it was that easy backing 9/1 and 14/1 winners everyone in the country would be cleaning up...

Too true. Many beleive they know how to handicap...but as I said, handicapping is only a small part of any sort of racing...and I use every advantage there is....

But virtual racing is even tougher..I do not like it too much so I avoid playing it versus real racing...at least here I feel I have a chance and it is only "rigged" sometimes...

I just joined Caribsports because I wanted to bet on the Alabama game (roll tide). I signed up friday because they also use QT (use my wallet)

I placed a few bets, including buying a square on the bama clemson game, I won $125 on a $5 square (woo hoo). But then after that what can you do in a sportsbook but try the casino?

They always suck, people arent there to play slots. I tried the virtual racing and did well until the favorites started losing.

I won a little and made a minimum cashout to make sure I wasn't in a non paying site ($30) and it was in my QT account today, labor day. I was emailed and told when it would show up and emailed to let me know it was transferred. I checked and it was there.

I am going to stay away from the fake horses, lol

ROLL TIDE!!!!

Nobunaga is on a distinguished road
Betting on favs.

I have bet on horse racing before.I've bet on favorites who have won.My friend has done the same.

In harness racing, the underdogs can win there.Remember the last big horse race and Big Brown was hurt.2 underdogs came 1st and 2nd.

It depends on many factors why the favorites win or when they don't win.

That's the risk of gambling.Upsets happen, and you sometimes have to accept the punishment for it.

I'm not ruling out that the chip isn't cheating you. There is a casino game that has fake horse betting, and Sega Corporation made it.The Royal Ascot machine, the favorites were winning, due to heavy betting on underdogs by other players. If that trend were to change, the favorite bettor would lose.

That's the problem with betting on non traditional gambling games. There are regulating issues. This century will deal with these people who are scamming.

That is why sites like Casino meister are needed to keep an eye on these companies, that say one thing, but do another. It's like one section of their casino is being run within the rules, but another section of their online casino would fit into the rogue grouping.

It comes down to the truth in the end, but these selfish business people can't hide, because they can't hide forever in cyberspace.Eventually the government and law enforcement will catch up to them.

Online gambling is the future and not just for the 21st century to deal with.As long as we all have the urge to risk something of value for a reward/prize, gambling will always exist.

If the game isn't playing right, it probably isn't.

Just be careful with any gamble online or at a casino or with a friend or bank.

Best wishes.

Nobunaga
