[Max says: OP will be filing a PAB ... please don't discuss this here until that has concluded.]

Hi Tommy, welcome to the forum. First thing I had been going to tell you to do is to send a PM (Private Message) to the BWin rep here on the forum. This is usually the first step, prior to actually posting about your complaint. However, BWin no longer seems to be in the list of forum reps, so you can skip that part for now.

You have two options IMO. The first one is that BWin is an accredited casino here at Casinomeister, and as such, will work closely with Max (the PAB Manager here) to try and get your complaint resolved. PAB means Pitch a Bitch. So that would be my advice to you is to PAB using the following link.

    http://www.casinomeister.com/problems.php

Familiarize yourself with the process, read through the FAQ, and then fill out the form and make sure to include ALL necessary information.

Once you have done this, you should refrain from posting any further on the forum. Please give Max sufficient time to sort through the PAB and see what's up, and to contact BWin on your behalf.

A word of caution, if it turns out that BWin is correct in their accusation of multiple accounts, your forum account will be banned.

Your second option if the PAB fails would be the licensing jurisdiction of Gibraltar. You are lucky in the respect that Gibraltar is one of the few licensing entities with some teeth, and that will actually pay some attention to a grievance if you file it with them. But I would only do that AFTER the PAB here. And again, if you are a multiple account player, or attempting any sort of fraud, not much sense filing a complaint with Gibraltar either.

    Best of luck to you.

You're welcome Tommy, hope it works out for you.

Bryan and/or Max, Tommy was wondering if he should delete his post because he wants to file the PAB, but I told him that generally once something is posted in public, it should probably stay? If that was incorrect, feel free to edit his post. I did tell him not to post anymore....until it's resolved one way or another.

EDIT: How ingenious Max, a spoiler!! I like it.
