MIssion2Game - Fake Itech Labs Logo & Cheating Blackjack

I lost $3000 quite fast playing their Blackjack.

The "funny" thing is that their Blackjack type name ROYAL has a player advantage of 0.67%.

It is a single deck blackjack that allows full early surrender against 10 and Ace and double on 3 cards or more.

I suspected they cheat, it was obvious cheating not like Casino Bar type of cheating(around 3% advantage) but around Elka System cheating back in 2001.

I went to check if their Itech Labs logo is real and I could find no link to it and checking in google I couldn't find the certification in Itech Labs website.

If you go to any real Itech Labs certified casino and you click in google the name of casino itech labs and certification you will be referred to the certification, also if you click in the casino itself at the itech labs link.

I emailed Itech Labs and they cofirmed Mission2Game doesn't have their certification

I lost 60 unites in 30 minutes, I deposited 3000 USD and bet 50 a hand, the track down was clear they cheat especially in player hands stiff hands and also the doubling.


There is a thread at wizardofvegas forum about them as well but not about the fake Itech Labs


Please I need also advise on how to get a refund from NETeller, I already emailed their Public Relations Email, how would you recommend or a personal email of somebody in NETeller who may help refund the losses

That is a huge deposit to put somewhere you did not trust

I am not sure you will be able to get your money back from Neteller as they are not a bank, but someone with more knowledge than me will be along soon I am sure!

This is pretty bad.. you should have made some more research before depositing 3k into this very very suspicious looking casino.

I got their spam almost daily, when you try their "unsubscribe" link in the email it just redirects you to their homepage, they knowingly create false links, theres no chance to unsubsribe. I also spoke to their livechat, same thing.

For me this casino looks fake, so many alarm bells.

I asume neteller dont give a sh*t about this as it was an transaction authorized by you. Have you checked if these guys even ahve a valid license?

Their approach looked like heavy spam, take money fast and aggressive then run. I guess they only have bad feedback anywhere online.

I just checke dout their website again, iam pretty sure the itechLabs logo is a rip off and these guys seem to be unlicensed, on their website you dont find any proof of any active gaming license, heres a very funny livechat i just had. You seem to have done extensive research into this casino, why on earth didn't you do it before making such a deposit?

Usually i side with the player but in this case mate, tough luck.... how on earth do you deposit 3K into a new casino account without researching first....there are plenty trustful poker and blackjack sites around and you chose one of the worst.

Don't get your hopes up that you will see a penny of your 3K....consider it lesson learned and do better next time...... if this did not teach you a lesson than please open your window next time and throw the money out into the street...at least you are making some unsuspecting people happy

Sorry but this is a typical mistake made by newbies. Neteller won't give you a cent back since you made the transactions, M2G certainly neither.

There are set of terms in order to be NETeller merchant one of them is to have a valid license.

In case you don't have one and you cheated NETeller, they may want to refund the deposit, they did such things before when they feel their merchant rip off a player.

I am not a newbie, It is not easy to find games with an edge even in the internet and I received an info from a friend I trust and he made the mistake not letting me know he didnt research himself, since my friend is in charge of reviewing casinos to a famous website I assumed he did the research and this is why I made the large deposit.

Playing this blackjack under fair conditions is a dream for any basic strategy blackjack player

Its really hard to understand how an experienced player like you puts 3k into such a site, let alone the looks of the site and the crappy software should have put you off, regardles if your firiend reviews casinos, i assume he works for some of these large sites which advertise any rogue outfit with false reviews only to increase their aff income. Any reputable site would never ever list this hilarious m2g casino licensed in ??

I think it would be hard to deal with neteller in this issue but i wish you good luck, also in finding a game which gives you any advantage

Does any serious casino really offer that kind of Black Jack?

Ok I gotta chime in here. A newbie could fall for this casino easily and especially since it seems to be geared towards the U.S. markets so I feel for all the future players who will be undoubtedly ripped off. A seasoned player should do a little bit of research before going ahead with any deposit at an unknown casino with unknown software. I researched for 5 mins and both misson2game (stupid name) and Soft Dice Gaming (stupid name again) appear to be dodgy. Both software and casino looks like it belongs in the 90's which screams cheap.

The software developer give very little info about themselves (doesn't state where they are based). A few points it states on their website that the fraud element has the ability to detect fraudulent players automatically and can be configured to automatically close accounts and/or block deposits. That to me screams casino will happily and knowingly accept fraudulent transactions and will close the account if player wins. This is one red flag and there are many others. The site is badly designed and worded not something you would find with stand up software. I did have a laugh at the about us section which I have cut and pasted below. Leader in the industry in 2017 my butt. So any player who is not a newbie and deposits at this clip shop joint is asking for their money to vanish.

Don't give up hope, as Neteller do have protection against sites selling stolen or fake goods. You may be able to use the PAB process, or rather a CM intervention to bolster your claim against Neteller for a refund. I think official confirmation to Neteller on your behalf that this s(h)ite IS peddling hooky/unlicensed software could help you.
I don't know if Max/CM have ever helped get a webwallet refund before in circumstances like this, but I'm sure somebody could put you straight on that.

Yeah these guys are rogues. I've read lots of dodgy stuff about them on other forums. They're constant incessant spamming is irritating too, and like others have said, it's impossible to 'unsubscribe'.

It's going to be a tough fight with Neteller. From my experience, they have some of the worst customer-service going around. They totally ignore your support request and just fill up the e-mail with generic template responses.

Well that's not true for starters - their slots at least were originally made by Wizard Gaming back in the mid-naughties.
I used to play them quite a lot and did enjoy their games - but they are a bit "old school" by modern standards.

I also used to play them back in the day, but i think the slots at mission2game are rigged even though they appear to be the same slots so it wouldn't surprise me if bj was rigged aswell. Sometimes slots also do not open the bonus games, and the bonus games happen really really rarely. Happily ever after was a slot i played alot, but now when you get 4 frogs instead of 3, it doesnt open the bonus game. Other games also error in this same type of manner. Then the bonuses. In the cashier there is several 500%-600% bonuses, but even they seem impossible to win.

Also by todays standards the happily ever after game, wild is not wild is just strange .

Im not ranting, things happen, but i tried it a few deposits in real mode and then after in fun mode after it was impossible to win and i think the software is definately cheating/slots erroring not opening bonus games and stuff. Originally when the slots came out years ago, i think the sofware was fair.

It is entirely possible that the coding was changed AFTER they got their certificate from ITech labs. This is an unknown software company and their website doesn't list their clients. Mission2game may be their only clients which suggest that they may be closely related. The software company also offers e-mail campaigns (spam). It also states on there that the operator can choose which games and options customers gets. All of this screams dodgy to me.

I am not an expert but after talking to a few boys, These machines have been docterd, I am no expert so I eat my words if wrong but I trust my source, It really piss me of theses cheats can get away away with it
