If there's anyone around here who's a stickler for the 'unwritten rules' it's me...

But I agree - the max wilds is 4 and he got them all. Awesome hit!

Being a stickler for unwritten rules (or in this case, written rules), your first screenshot of Dyno Might contains neither wilds or scatters!
(Those lizard things have to be on a win-line, so are not scatters).

Being a stickler for unwritten rules (or in this case, written rules), your first screenshot of Dyno Might contains neither wilds or scatters!
(Those lizard things have to be on a win-line, so are not scatters).

Uhmmm..........what's the difference in scatters having to be on a win-line to count? If you look at tomb raider 1, the idols have to be on a win-line to start the bonus round as well.

This is one of the most depressing screenshots I have ever posted. Where else can you NOT get excited hitting 5 scatters but at a Rival casino? Won $4.xx and some pennies on this bonus round....why bother with 5 scatters if they do nothing? Never could understand their reasoning behind that when 3 does the same thing..

As hard as it is to hit these scatters in the first place...I guess they like the torture factor in their paytables for 5.. 5 scatters...sheesh...a true bummer....

Well the definition of a 'scatter' is a symbol which can appear anywhere to trigger a win, i.e. they can be scattered all over the place.

The Lizards on Dyno Might & the Idols on Tomb Raider are not scatters - just symbols which trigger a bonus round instead of giving a normal line win.

Now I grant you the chances of hitting 5 of these is very rare (Idols = 1 in 16,924) and a lucky hit, but they are not wilds or scatters (which is what this thread is called) and also they do not guarantee a big win, which is a real bummer.

If I remember correctly the bonus round didn't pay squat either.
