1 win does not change the fact, that these outfits POUR free chips out, knowing that people will hit on them, so they get to keep the money.

I don't have a problem, that I know of, I simply don't understand why people play these chips, seeing how many big hits, AND random jackpots are hit on them, and never paid out, and I (and many others) most certainly don't agree, that "RTG is the best".

Free chips would be fine to me, if there was no max cashout, or other restrictions on them.
The max cashout earns the casino tons of money, in kept "winnings", and leaves me with a very bad taste, especially the random jackpots, that are never paid out, but also hits like the ones you see in this thread (12.500 in "winnings" kept by the casino for example. It still, in the slot, and in their rtp charts, appears to be a win, but in fact it was "won" by the casino).
As I said, all those "winnings", that the casino keeps, make their slots seem like they pay out within expectation (insert % here), while in fact the casino keeps the money.
That;s the part I don't like, but it doesn't give me a "problem", it just makes me not want to play there at all
