Yeah, it's normal over the weekend that some people don't work. If Pat said he was looking into this, then he's looking into this. Like KasinoKing said, chill out a little.

    Casino Euro

Hi, i have a similar problem with CasinoEuro. I deposited and play in the poker room, i played and then my account was closed because they told that the other player deliberately lose. They call it dumping. I don't know what does it mean, but i don't know if the other player deliberately lose! I don't know the other player ! What can i do? Casinoeuro confiscated my winnings and my deposit! I deposited 220€ and won 75€ and they confiscated all!! What can i do to take back my money? Please help me

on stars you can transfer money to another user anytime you want. if you are playing heads-up at a table, what is the incentive to lose to your friend? if they are playing a sit&go then yes they can collaborate, but usually they don't try and dump to one of the two but get both of themselves into the money by NOT facing off heads-up and just squeezing others.

i don't do this, but some of the guys i play live with do do this with each other. and they don't get caught when they are deliberately colluding over msn and always sitting together. then when two friends play head-up, neither would be a winner because the bosses catch it? and what about users you don't personally know, but just happen to play against often or develop a rivalry with? you can't take them on head-up?

i wonder what stake this was at, because if it truly was money-laundering, it should be taking place at the three-figures or more. playing your friend head-up for a tenner or what have you should be no big deal, and the casino should be grateful they use their poker room for it rather than actually meeting live for a game. the situations desribed here seem to indicate the least injurious forms of known associates congregating at a table.

    Chipdumping /Shuffling

A term used to describe the deliberate loss of funds to another player for the purpose of money laundering, paying out illicitly gained funds (via team play) or committing fraud.

This is the biggest Wrongs within the Poker industry; most Poker rooms take this very seriously. Because of the way this practice has evolved through the recent years most poker rooms will close, confiscate funds, AND THEN ask questions. They/we also have a habit of not disclosing too much information relating to investigations so as to not give away what we look for.

The most popular form of chip dumping is to gain access to a stolen credit card then "dump" funds to a legitimate account and withdraw those funds as legitimate winnings.

Id be happy to explain in further details the complexities of the process via PM. note I will not offer any advice to commit this act as a fraud analyst I count it as my duty to find these fraudsters and prevent them from further damaging the industry.

Also any other poker room rep willing to discuss ways of countering chipdumping I am always available to offer advice and hear others thoughts and theory’s in how to continue this battle.

    Cheers,

    Dorian
