With Tech Support like this ... Who needs it? (Titan Poker)

Regarding Titan poker
was playing the 500K sattellite and from 680 players we were down to 40 players and the software froze...

can't login anymore.. etc. and after 20 minutes i see in offline mode i have already finished?? (duh)

this i find unacceptable anybody else have same problems with titan?

i have just sended a email if they don't solve this problem i will never ever play there again

Well at least I see I am not the only one that is feeling less then satisfied by their tech support.

I only had a real interest in their bonus tournaments, like the $1,000,000 free roll, because I know I can qualify for it. But with tech support like this, it scares me to even deposit money with them.

eventually they honoured my plee to take part in the main event..

which i played horrible and was out in 360th place

You might not be able to open the account from South Korea due to their Internet Service Providers.

What you could do? Contact some one trust worthy in another country to set up your account and provide your details, then change your password before funding.

Never the less, I am sure if they allow you to play, it will be only while your stay out of the US. Titan belongs to Playtech and won't take american business

That, and also use websites like www.megaproxy.com for sign up since I know the URL of the signup page. Again mentioned earlier in this thread.

I wouldn't play on Titan Poker if I was allowed to signup now and they put a straight money deposit into my account, no strings attached. They could not come up with SIMPLE solution to my problem. If this issue was so puzzling, I hate to deal with the tech support if a serious issue came up, like how to withdraw my money from their site or other trivial issues.

Would it be possible for you to upload the attachments for me to take a look? Also, do you know more about the reason why Casino Tropez was banned in Korea, and if any others were blocked as well?

You can do this privately if you like as well. I might be able to get someone over there to understand what is going on.
