However, since the previous representative has mentioned that our Technical Department’s suggestion was not able to help you, we are afraid that we can no longer assist your needs.

You may try to uninstall the software and try to install it again and if the same error will happen, you can send us a screenshot of the actual error message. This information will further assist us to resolve your concern.

In order to send a screen shot you must first display the image you wish to capture on your PC screen. Once the image is clearly visible, press the “Print Screen”(Print Scrn) button near the top right of your keyboard; above the “Insert” key. Next, open a new Microsoft Word document and press “CTRL” and the letter “V” simultaneously; the image now appears in the word document. You should then save the word document to a location on your PC, and send it to us as an attachment with an email.

I have already sent screen caps TWICE Thats it .. I need to shoot a video of this happening.

I have already sent the screen captures two times now showing what was going wrong. The Korean Government has blocked Online Casino Tropez : The Safest, Most Popular Online Casino There is NOTHING that I can do about that.

But Online Titan Poker is not blocked, nor is your client software.

I have already re-installed the client, un-installed Spybot, taken the firewall down, tested on other computers are different geographical locations.

All I want is a simple yes or no answer. Can you just simply give me the questions from the account creation page through this email, and you can create the account for me?

If not, I'll just take my money elsewhere.

Ohhh, throwing the money line out there

There is many solutions ...

I can create an account from someone in the US, there is other solutions also.
I can go to ► Secure anonymous web surfing with Megaproxy® Web SSL VPN and go directly to webpage and create an account that way.

But the issue of the tech support, is that they are so worthless. They do not lift a finger or have an iota of ability to think on their own. Hell look at the vast majority of their responses. They are all cut and paste. That is why I suspect it is almost an AI program that answers their emails.

"we got your screen shots from before, but w ask if you can send them again, btw here is HOW to do the screen shots" **sigh**

Thanks for sharing. I went through tons of trouble getting an account set up there and a deposit. In disgust my last email was telling them I am just going to withdraw and play elsewhere because of there poor support. They then sent me a reply stating I had to play a certain amount of hands in order to get the bonus....I didn't bother emailing them asking when I tried to withdraw the bonus money in my account.
