i deposited �200 in this poker room last night..the money never appeared in my account even though i have emails from www.metacharge.com with transaction details to proove i did..i thought easy i will contact purple lounge support..12 hrs later i have had no email they do NOT answer the telephone number provided and as far as i can see have basically just ripped me off...i will never ever play poker online agaion this has gutted me and im sure anyone who deposits at there casino poker room all you want is good customer support well theres is an absolute disgrace and if casinomeister can do anything about it i can provide all evidence he needs ....they claim to have support 24/7 by the way and thats just LOL.....STAY AWAY.

I know someone from Purple Lounge signed up here a while back. I'll be damned if I can remember her username though, maybe Nikki or something like that? If I can find it or remember it, I'll post a link. It may be in the reps section, have you checked there?

Hi, welcome to the forum!

It's not "only �200" - that's a lot of money to most people here!
I know very little about Purple Lounge, other that they are very new on the scene.

I know it's very frustrating for you, but 12hrs is a little bit soon for alarm bells to be going off.
Try to stay calm & patient and keep trying to contact them.
I've sign-up to 100's of online sites over the last 5-years and have never been ripped-off once. I'm sure it will turn out OK in the end.

Sure it's not 100% safe, but to treat this one incident as the industry in a whole...well, it's just wrong. There are plenty of other reputable poker rooms out there.

when something like this happens how can you then trust someone esle you dont know with your cash? i agree 99% are reputable but once bitten twice shy and 14 hrs still no reply no phone contact nothing.

This is on their banking page under purchasing credits. Someone tell me that they just mean an email confirmation, and not actual crediting of the funds to your account?
