At the P4K site, Wayne describes Jaime as his "partner", and not business partner. I'm assuming he means "significant other". However, I would not be surprised if Jaime is in fact ALSO Wayne's business partner.

I may believe that Wayne is a scammer, a charlatan, and a tool...but I don't believe any money exchanged hands on this. It's my personal belief that this Jaime's site makes (or he hopes will make) money that benefits Wayne.

Bought, bartered, or wrapped in a box...ultimately it doesn't matter. Wayne had no right to assume his membership would be OK with being used to benefit a site they did not sign up for.

Trying to take shortcuts backfires most of the time. Like anything, sites take time to grow naturally. Creating accounts without permission .. yikes.

At the very least there needs to be an 'opt out' as members have just found themselves on another mailing list they did not authorize.

My point is this, why is it OK for my email/personnel details to just be given/sold without my permission. I don't know this Jamie and haven't been on the P4K website since the DolphsLady was the mod there. I don't blame 'Jamie' from trying to distance his/her website from the nuts at P4K but he/she got my details from them somehow. This is the same thing as a casino selling your info to spammers.

Why should i be nice, Considering all the over dramatized crap that some of these people write. Who care's what my attidude is, I have every right to be pissed off if someone does have the audasity to read terms and condition prior to being a member, The goes our crying there ass off.

Most of your membership signed up under the old Playin4Keeps. Was that term on the original registration page? If so, then you may have a point. Just as we expect players to read the T&C's on bonuses, I guess it's time we all make sure we read the T&C's on the forums we join, beyond the cursory glance at the "no obscenity, no plagiarism" blah blah bits.

Playing4keeps YUKU site does not permit anyone to take email addresses or stuff like that. If you had of researched a little more, you would have found the email we sent to all OLD Playin4keeps members via yuku that we were closing Christine site down because she abandoned it and were moving to our NEW one.

All members at P4K Gaming had to sign up from fresh.

So i guess this kills 2 comments made by you in previous months.

1.) Members signed up at will at our NEW site on there own accord.
2.) Check terms and conditions as you stated.

I am not arguing here, I am now beyond it all. Just be sure to get facts straight before you slander anyone, Like in previous thread about us owing Jet Set Money they had proof, AND i mean physical proof. that is why all parties came to a perfectly good agreement.

I don't know if passing on entire membership databases to start a new forum should be included. Regardless, when something like this is passed on it can cause trust issues. Will you be giving this away again? Can this new forum also pass email addys on? What are the t/c's of this new forum? Will your members find themselves members of a network of forums now?

I think a heads up to your membership and asking first would have gone a long way. Also to take a deep breathe here.

As for Jamies site please check his terms and conditions. I have to much time dealing with my own site to be trying to make another. Regardless of what yous may think, Sponsors are staying and members are still coming.
