as far as i know netspend is going to stop the gift cards from being used online gambling u will have to get the reloadable visa

Again, they're doing this so they can "track" who's doing what. Unlike the gift cards, you have to give them all of your identifying information to register the reloadable card. This is great for the DoJ when they come knocking.

Does anybody know (for sure) if the reloadable Netspend visa cards are still working?
