Let's please go back to the point.
Does anyone know when are they going to pay by neteller ??? Only NETeller has a debit card, only NETeller allow you to withdraw and deposit without intervening your bank. When are they going to bring NETeller back as a payment method Cpays group you read the forum..., the Vegasred group... casino Lasvegas... All of you, clubonthepark.... Question for you: when is neteller going to be back as a payment option ????? I think also it is not nice to accept it as a deposit method, announce on the website that you are able to withdraw by NETeller and then all of a sudden, they send you an email , we want to pay by other method, not nice... |

I wonder how many customers did Playtech casinos and Neteller have lost after this stupid decision?

I think people need to realize that no one wants to lose Neteller as a payment option. It is still the biggest and most convenient method for most players.
Having said that, I think you also need to know that the problem is probably beyond the control of the casinos, or the software provider.

It seems very strange
3 weeks ago, Sierra Star persisted in using other payment method than neteller. A week ago, they did pay another withdrawal by neteller.
XXL send the usual "choose another payment method" -email, yet they paid by neteller. Same with a couple of other casinos. It seems as if you can get your payment by neteller at random only! Maybe it IS because the casinos have withdrawn their funds from neteller, and IF they happen to get some neteller deposits when your withdrawal is beeing processed, you get your payment by neteller.. ![]() Any thoughts? |

Now I've run into 2 MG's that won't pay to Neteller. The first is Vegas Country and they simply said: We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer Neteller refunds.
The second is Prime casino and they said: Kindly note that the Moneybookers and Neteller methods are unfortunatelynot available for Mexican players. The second one is especially disturbing as I've never run into this. Is this a casino stalling for time to pay or do they somehow think the crazy US laws apply in my country?! |

I would imagine that the problem is something along the lines of Interpay having bank accounts in Canada where Neteller has pulled out of. Perhaps they will open accounts in other countries that Neteller services and the problem will fix itself.
This would also explain why Bet365 has no problems paying Neteller. They are fully located in the UK, and use UK bank accounts to fund their Neteller payments. Since Neteller accepts UK customers and merchants, they've had no problems, I'd imagine. |

How about not transferring to Moneybookers? What could possibly the explanation for that?

Now the most of Playtech casinos don't accept Moneybookers either. The sky is falling down for online gambling.

Have you contacted support by email? (I have checked for Neteller and indeed half of the casinos do not withdraw to neteller now...) |
