I haven't checked - but I'm pretty sure most MG's don't give out the S.U.B. for the flash versions - only the download ones.
I know it's hard, but you need to make sure the casino downloads & runs properly BEFORE you sign up & deposit. A pain in the ass - but it would save you further grief.

Quite. Always, always, always download and install the casino client locally on your PC if you are after any new player deposit bonuses on offer. Also check that it works thoroughly as a guest player - no conflicts with Norton Anti Virus or Norton Internet Security, or any other firewall or AV Software you have on your PC. If you then encounter a problem phone support - 90% of the time they will be able to walk thru with you over the phone any fixes or will happily escalate to the IT Team for assistance. In most cases MGS Software is trouble free, but they can't control what other software their customers have on their PC's. Stick with MGS Powered Casinos - They are in my opinion the best around, by a country mile. |

Remember too - that microgaming is the SOFTWARE
Lake Palace is in the Fortuna Group - there is the Belle Rock Gaming, Fortune Lounge, Trident Entertainment, Vegas Affiliates, Vegas Partner, Wager Share, Casino Rewards and other GROUPS that use the software. Each of these groups have their own casinos and their own bonuses - they're not cross available between the groups. I for one love Lake Palace and Bella Vegas - I've had good luck with them (Not progressive win good luck YET - but good luck )

That is *not* something you can say about Microgaming. A couple of the 'reputable' microgaming groups like to ignore player emails until they post in a forum like this whereupon they suddenly become very helpful to maintain their name. Although your problem will be resolved if you know to post it on here, if you had played at Wagerworks you would not have had the problem in the first place - these casinos are a model of good management. Cryptologic is mostly very good as well (generally better than Microgaming if you don't count the Peak group which has been responsible for a lot of crappiness). |

Wagerworks is good, but not entirely hassle-free either. Last month Virgin Games took several weeks and numerous e-mails to credit a £20 bonus. One of the casinos, I think At the Races, had sticky bonuses for a while, and after I lost the bonus and made a deposit, part of my own deposit became non-withdrawable. This again took weeks to resolve. I had login problems at some casinos, and withdrawals were refused without explanation, even after I had sent in the necessary documents.
