Question Too Soon For Worry about Crystal Palace?

    Hi,

I hope this is ok since this is my very first post (I did read the rules ).

So here goes. I have been playing at Crystal Palace for a while and really enjoy thier games. I have won and withdrawn once or twice before with no problem. Of course, I gave that back and then some. It's just fun to cash out once in a while to see if you can, cause we all know it goes right back if you really like the casino and the games.

    I am straying...so sorry..

Anyway, the reason I am asking if its too soon to worry is that I cashed out on the 16th of September, knowing it takes 4-7 days for it to be processed per thier T&C (a little long I say, but what the heck) and called them today (7th day) to check the status of my withdrawal (I want to play some more at Crystal Palace with these funds) cause I do love thier games and to reverse a withdrawal, it would take an additional 7 days to process the withdrawal again..didn't want to wait that long reason I didn't reverse any of it and you can't make a deposit while waiting for a withdrawal.

They said (customer service) that it has not been processed yet and it will be another few days....hmmm... red flags started flying around in my mind..am I being overly sensitive or does this not bode well for me since I had never had a problem before?

I asked what the problem was and why its taking so long and he replied there is no problem..I pressed a little harder and he finally says that the accountants are backed up a bit and haven't gotten to my withdrawal in the "queue" yet and yes, he sees my request.

OK, the alarms are ringing now.....I asked just when, might I expect this withdrawal to be processed and he said give it a few more days..well, with the weekend coming up once again...that will make it 9 days and counting, and since he also said they DO NOT work weekends....10 and counting...

Don't these casinos understand, the faster they process the cashout request, the faster they get thier money back plus some?

I have e-mailed Oliver Curran twice now with no response.

Any input would sure be appreciated.

    Thanks....

OMG! Never too soon to worry about them!

Do a search here on Oliver Curran, Warren Cloud, Thieves, Con artists, rip-offs, denied withdrawals, changing T&C's, 101 reason not to pay up... and see what you get!

    Good luck!

PS: While you're waiting for your money (which could be some time...) why not sign up at some of the nice, friendly Microgaming or Cryptologic casino's in Bryan's Accredited list?

    Welcome to the forum!

For once I'll agree with KasinoKing - it's NEVER too soon to be worrying about this group.

    This group includes:

    Crystal Palace
    High Rollers Lounge
    Vegas Riches
    Americas Online
    American Grand Casino
    Golden Nile Casino
    Lucky Coin Casino
    Lucky Pyramid Casino
    Royal Circus Casino
    Vegas Frontier Casino

If you are implying you may be concerned because they're short of funds, don't let that worry you. He_Who_Shall_Not_Be_Named is a wealthy little...**cough**...person on the back of the "Deposit back if you win and thanks very much when you lose" ploy.

    He's well loaded.

I doubt any of it'll be coming your way any time soon, however. Sorry. If you followed the scene you'd know this.

    Research first, download second.

    I disagree.

I have won +$5,000 net profit from both Crystal Palace and from Vegas Frontier, and I had no problems receiving the money, even though they have a NETeller withdrawal limit for $2,500 per week. I just waited to the next week and made the next withdrawal request. Nor did I have to send in any faxbackforms, ID's etc etc.

was going to post this in a recent thread about their CD bonus, but since you are takling about Crystal Palace.... I was one of the 'lucky' ones that recieved the CD and the 'no strings attached' $100. No strings means 60x WR. I just met the requirements and cashed $1000. Now you are making me nervous that I won't see it. They also told me 3-7 working days. I asked them to send me an email confirming that I had met the WR so if they try to reject my withdrawal I had some ammo. What do you think. I would never play there, but I thought what the heck 'free' money.

If you don't claim a bonus and win at the Crystal palace group, you shouldn't have any problems getting paid.

If you claim a bonus, you are a dirty bonus abusing scumbag who should be shot and left in the street to die. (according to Oliver Curran at least. Adhering to the sites own T&C is inconsequential) Whenever a bonus is involved, the best you can possibly hope for is getting your initial deposit back.

Thumbs up Whoooopeeee! I got it!

    Hi Everyone,

Just a note to say I looked at my firepay account today and saw my withdrawal sitting there just as pretty as can be! My faith in Crystal Palace has been restored.

They do have some really great games and all in my humble opinion.

    Thank you Crystal Palace!

Crystal Palace has the exact same games as any RTG casino.

Not necessarily, thats why the software comes with only a few games and the others download in the background.
