Yes, you can.

I just played with $125+$125 on carribean 21.

Cashed out at $265.

Shouldn't be a problem but WR is 30x Bonus + deposit. ($7500) if playing only blackjack/21 games.

To answer your question BCsparky, as kelvinlym quite correctly stated Blackjack is permitted, however it does increase the wagering requirements from 20 times dep and bonus to 30 times.
