inetbet - when a great casino performs

I have to give two thumbs up to inetbet. They've left little doubt why they are Casino Meister approved. I have two stories...

First one was the "heart attack of the day". I played the $50 matching CM bonus last week. Video poker Allowed. I hit a royal flush for $1000. woo woo! I finish up my wage requirement at $1100 or so. I'm rather pleased. I request my cashout. This morning an email is received that tells me "You played blackjack which is not allowed - your winnings have been revoked and the deposit and bonus are now in your account". $100 is there. I'm about livid at this point. I know I didn't play blackjack for that bonus. I respond that I'm certian I didn't play blackjack that day and this is a misunderstanding.

They look into it and find that indeed I DID play blackjack that day but it was BEFORE I applied for the $50 bonus. We were both wrong and right. In the end it was their mistake. The reverse the "boo boo" (as they termed it) and INSTANTLY cash me out. Now... I have the money in neteller but my heart is still racing 100 beats a minute. I'm still stressed out - shaking. Atleast I know things will be A-OK. I forego coffee for a while (not needed).

I went back and forth a few times with CS - they appologize, I say it's all cool (and that I'll be letting the world know how great they are), etc. etc.

Now... I'm still not pleased that this is how I started a monday morning - a royal ripped from under you isn't the way to start the week. They got it all right within 30 minutes (including cashout) so what can I say other than...


Second story. Two weeks ago I did their signup bonus - another CM Tuesday special. I screwed up and entered the wrong code - I entered the slots code. My mistake completely. I email customer service to tell them I messed up and see if they can do anything. I hadn't wagered (important) so they apply the correct code and off I go. Very cool! I busted that on blackjack but oh well. They were awesome enough to fix MY mistake.

This is what a casino should be. My only complaint is they have no live support (chat) or a phone number. They are quick to respond to email and so maybe that is their thinking. I cannot say enough good things about this casino. Very Very cool!

Nature...I've heard alot of good things about Inetbet, and I don't doubt their service is good... but I didn't see anything unusual in your situation the merits praise.

Player plays at casino and follows rules correctly.

Player wins!

Casino holds winnings and states that player broke rules.

Player says "no I didn't"

Casino admits mistake and ends up paying player.

Pfffttt!!

Well the difference is Inet fixed their error in 30 minutes. Other casinos could/would take days to correct their error.

No doubt Inetbet is a great place. The bad ones have given the business such a bad rap that people seem surprised when they get paid right away.

I am sure most of you will disagree but I have to say that INETBET is not that great of a casino for me. I deposit every Tuesday and sometimes deposit more frequently. Granted I am not a high roller and I only play slots but I have only cashed in once from this casino and that was for $25.00 more than my deposit. I have only won one decent win and that was when I made a mistake and claimed a Keno bonus. I won $750.00 USD but because I did the wrong promo I couldn't withdraw it because I won it on slots. I am sure its probably a good casino for video poker and BJ but I don't think I will be depositing again. More power to you that are winning there and continued good luck.

Don't sell yourself short Shannah! Us slots players are their bread+butter, and the ones that give the casinos a guaranteed income. The high rollers play BJ, and they end up winners alot more often than we do. If you're going to play slots at RTG, the only ones worth playing are the video slots like Cleopatra and Prince of Sherwood. I've had some very nice hits on those in the past... but their older slots like Food Fight are garbage!! A one-way trip for your money.

I agree that a casino should fix their mistake. But how many have gotten the run-around when it was their mistake? When it was their mistake how many times did they fix it AND cash you out in 30 minutes?

also, i priased them for being kind enough to fix MY mistake. We're all entitled to your opinions. sorry if you don't all agree.

Thanks CM - thanks for the slots bonus. As promised I busted it. Considering how SLOOOOOOOW thier slots are it took me almost no time. My opinion of their slots is they blow. I should have just dumped the $100 into thunderstruck and played with no wage requirement. Slow and boring slots... i'll pass next week and probably from now on.

I'm not gonna disagree with anyone. They never should have not screwed up in the first place (that was a brutal fsck up). They probably owe me more than just a fast cashout and an appology. I never did get resolve with betnetclub for their "vague and misleading terms" which they don't even agree are vague (much less proper english). So inlight of dealing with those losers inetbet is a great casino.

As it alwaays goes... YMMV.
