I played at Royal Vegas last week and won . I cashed out Fri. morning and the money was in my Neteller Sun. afternoon . I was impressed to say the least, since this is the first time I had ever made a cashin at any online casino, and didn't know what to expect. Customer service was also very helpful and courteous. I think I can top that. I haven't played at any Fortune Lounge Casinos in about 6 months. I deposited at Havana Club last night around 10pm. Cashed out about an hour later and asked to have my winnings flushed, which they did. The money was in my neteller account early this afternoon. So all in all it took less than 14 hours after I requested my withdrawal for it to be in my account.

This was even faster than 32Red and they are fast...

Good to hear. Its a shame you guys are US based as Ladbrokes (which because of their Hilton link cannot accept US players) do instant NETeller withdrawals. Literally 10 seconds

Although there are some moves afoot for more casinos to start doing instant withdrawals. Three MG ones that already do (but all non-US) and three more that are planning it.

I'm also pleased to note that more and more casinos are now starting (quite rightly) to Flush on request to avoid the dreaded Reverse Withdrawal period.

Also I can only say good words about Fortune Lounge.
I had a small problem with Royal Vegas which was solved by their representative here efficiently.
At Platinum Play, I played with their great welcome bonus and had a nice win of 2400$ which they send to my account without any problem.
At the other casinos of their group I wasnt lucky. Note the "bullet-proof" bonus of Vegas Towers. Its worth it.
Overall, let me also vote for them.

My first experience with a Fortune Lounge casino wasn't impressive. I opened an account with Royal Vegas and took advantage of their "100 Free Spins" promotion. After using the 100 spins, I had a balance of $415 and change in my account. Their terms stated that anything above and beyond the original $100 dollars was winnings, and was mine to keep. WRONG! You transfer it into your account, and they count it as part of your new player bonus. When I finished wagering all the bonuses, I had my initial $100 deposit left in my account, and tried to cash it out. WRONG AGAIN! I was told I had to wager $10,300 on the non-excluded games, and I had only wagered $4365.30, so the cashin was reversed back into my account. I have since wagered and lost that $100, and removed the RV software from my system.

I'll gladly try other Fortune Lounge casinos, but I give Royal Vegas two thumbs down.

At Omni, no matter what time I cash out on any given day, the funds are in my Neteller account the following day, usually by noon. I have never had a problem or delay, and I've had some relatively large cashouts ($5000+) that have sailed through.

I also like Omni because they pay the Instacash fees for Neteller (I'm sure that there are other casinos also do that, but I know that many either don't pay the fees, or don't offer Instacash option at all from their casino cashier). That way I don't have to keep a large balance in my Neteller account. If I have a nice win, I usually transfer the funds from my Neteller account back to my checking account right away. Usually Neteller transfers are done within 24 hours, so from the time I cashout at the casino, to the time the funds are back in my checking account, is usually 48 hours.

Of course, you can only transfer the amount of your winnings from Neteller right away, not the original deposit. The amount equal to your original deposit cannot be withdrawn until the Instacash funds clear your bank, which from my experience takes about 5-6 days.

It sounds to me like you didn't thoroughly read and understand all the T&C's before you started.
If this is the case, I think it rather unfair of you to make a post slagging them off.

My only problem with this group is they don't offer any decent follow-up bonus offers after the S.U.B.
So I haven't played at any of their casinos for years.
Maybe one day they will see the light - or even just the Intercasino home page!

It sounds to me like you didn't thoroughly read and understand all the T&C's before you started.

The page regarding the 100 free spins promotion is here... Click where it says "Want to know more about this offer". The fourth item down reads, and I quote, "Any amount that you win over and above the original 100 credits is considered winnings and is yours to keep - up to a maximum of $/£/€1000." It says nothing about having to wager it 20x first.
