My first experience with a Fortune Lounge casino wasn't impressive. I opened an account with Royal Vegas and took advantage of their "100 Free Spins" promotion. After using the 100 spins, I had a balance of $415 and change in my account. Their terms stated that anything above and beyond the original $100 dollars was winnings, and was mine to keep. WRONG! You transfer it into your account, and they count it as part of your new player bonus. When I finished wagering all the bonuses, I had my initial $100 deposit left in my account, and tried to cash it out. WRONG AGAIN! I was told I had to wager $10,300 on the non-excluded games, and I had only wagered $4365.30, so the cashin was reversed back into my account. I have since wagered and lost that $100, and removed the RV software from my system.
I'll gladly try other Fortune Lounge casinos, but I give Royal Vegas two thumbs down.
