I am unsure why more sites don't follow party poker lead and link up with prepaid phone card providers and than accept those as payment. It is about 5% fee though. But I am sure casinos could comp a small fee like that to take all your money.
Most US card processors treat debit and credit card transactions the same. No to internet gambling.
Best is to link your bank account to Neteller, I think.

I have a Visa card with a bank based in Las Vegas and have had no trouble using it for online gaming.![]()

Good Question! It's your money, and I don't think there's any risk-taking on their part because the funds are already put in there before you use them.Originally Posted by GrandMaster
Very good post Mary! Very interesting!
I opened an account with Firepay, seems most casinos accept it as one of their options. Tried Neteller... Got the account created and funded, and they closed it without notification. They searched public records and asked information about my relatives, but they couldn't verify my SS number.
Nobody else has ever had a problem doing so, including Firepay.![]()
Dear Players,
Maybe I can shed light on the issue concerning CC.
The casinos will accept a CC transaction to fund your account, but your bank might not.
Vegas7, amongst other casinos in our Group, still display the CC options due to the fact that that some banks still allow the CC transactions from certain countries.
Error 34
Authorization Refused: This is a common error message returned, but it originates from the bank, stating that this transaction was declined. Sub error codes associated with this error provide further details on why it occurred.
Sub error Code 1005:
Cause:
- The credit card has insufficient funds
- There is a bank policy regarding online transactions. For example, some banks regard certain Internet transactions as "high risk, and may have a policy against them.
- A bank security policy has declined the transaction based on a preset anti-fraud algorithm.
Due to one or more of the causes mentioned above, this transaction was declined. This is not an error or failure on the part of FirePay or the casino, but rather a bank policy issue that has declined the transaction. There is no action to take on your part, as usually these are final.
We hope this helps.
