Can anyone give me a definitive answer about Harrod's excluding US players from their casino?

I see this in their Terms of Use:

But, I see this in their signup bonus offer:

Regretfully, players from Denmark, Israel, Poland, China and Ukraine are not eligible for this promotion.

Not that it takes much, but I'm confoosed ...

I agree it doesn't look good. Five wins in a row is a pretty tall order!
I guess the Blackjack guys will tell you this gives you a positive advantage over the house, but as blackjack always sucks when I play it, I wont be trying it myself!
There is one game I think could work well for you with this promo, but I don't want to post it here 'cos Harrods are probably watching!
