Thanks again for everyone's considered views on our service. We were thrilled with ukcroupier's win and very happy to be able to get the winnings to him in a flash! I would like to thank all the forum posters for sharing the buzz of the win, and for complimenting the team here on how we do things at 32Red!

KasinoKing raises some valid points about Club Rouge which I would like to address. Club Rouge is a programme we run to reward players for their patronage at the casino. We have avoided introducing hard and fast criteria for membership as we like to use Club Rouge as a way of saying thank you to players from a number of perspectives. Obviously frequent and high staking players are offered membership, but we also invite big winners and a selection of other players who we (literally) wish to unfurl the red carpet for. I realise that some players may want to have strict guidelines for such a programme but in our view, despite 32Red being a substantial operator, we wish to remain focused on delivering a personal service that can be tailored to suit the player (and isn't necessarily something that is just "easy to administrate" for us). All the senior management here have spent time with the very large betting and gaming companies, and we see our approach to service and support, and how we apply it, as a clear difference. Whether or not this view is on the money is of course for the players to decide.

I just want to say that I downloaded 32Red because of the voices of Casinomeister. I have played there a few times but when I did play for the first time I DID NOT take the sign up bonus, I wish I had now. Maybe Ed will let all of us who declined the bonus a 'do over' with a better play through rule. What do you say Ed...how about that for us who have learned what a great place you have through this portal? I will say that because of my little withdrawal ($200) that was sent to Neteller in less than 24 hours I plan on making 32 Red my only MG site. Without meaning to offend those who regard bonuses as a major reason for playing, I personally hope 32Red keep the bonus terms pretty average so that the "personal service" remains in place for those of us who play regularly there. The fast responses and quality service isn't nearly as effective at casinos where "numbers" of players are more important than "quality" of players IMHO.

I concur, 32Red really seems like a top-notch casino, although I have only recently signed up with them. I have made 4 withdrawals from 32Red so far and all of them reached my Neteller account the very next day. Being a rather cautious and recreational player I didn't opt to make use of their welcome bonus either, as it seemed to restrict my usual playing style. I think I will make use of their monthly welcome bonus though - especially since they don't offer any other comp programs for regular small timers like meself
