I'm not sure but you may have mis-understood the WR's in that the $3500 playthru applies to a 132/132 bonus which is not at all unreasonable, IMHO. Very comparable to Inter, really. And I think that bonus is monthly for the Club Rouge people but maybe was offered to everyone as a Xmas present in December. Even getting such an offer once a year is worth the membership.

That's it... There's no minimum bet size on the 132 match as far as I'm aware, and it's the best ongoing monthly bonus I've seen at any casino. I've taken it the last few months and never a problem.

You're right - that is a good deal these days!
I think the main turn off is not knowing what one has to do to become a Club Rouge member.
I probably will end up giving them a try one day - when all the other decent incentives have been bonus abused into oblivion!

Thanks again for everyone's considered views on our service. We were thrilled with ukcroupier's win and very happy to be able to get the winnings to him in a flash! I would like to thank all the forum posters for sharing the buzz of the win, and for complimenting the team here on how we do things at 32Red!

KasinoKing raises some valid points about Club Rouge which I would like to address. Club Rouge is a programme we run to reward players for their patronage at the casino. We have avoided introducing hard and fast criteria for membership as we like to use Club Rouge as a way of saying thank you to players from a number of perspectives. Obviously frequent and high staking players are offered membership, but we also invite big winners and a selection of other players who we (literally) wish to unfurl the red carpet for. I realise that some players may want to have strict guidelines for such a programme but in our view, despite 32Red being a substantial operator, we wish to remain focused on delivering a personal service that can be tailored to suit the player (and isn't necessarily something that is just "easy to administrate" for us). All the senior management here have spent time with the very large betting and gaming companies, and we see our approach to service and support, and how we apply it, as a clear difference. Whether or not this view is on the money is of course for the players to decide.

This is a good opportunity to also respond to some comment about our Welcome Bonus offer. I fully understand the issue around minimum bet sizes and we are always looking to resolve / improve things. the money you earned in this way is very quick to go away

I don't know how much he has lost before, i can imagine how much he will give back to 32red.
To gamblers (me, for example) remain only winnings while losing are soon left behind.

Not that I think Viper deals truly random cards (not sure anywhere on-line does), but you realise Double Bonus VP is one of the highest variation games you can possibly play? Your balance is always going to fall rapidly until (unless!) you hit a 4oak - a $100 deposit won't normally last long. The MG version doesn't even have a very good pay table - as Simmo said before the Crypto version is far better (possibly above a 100% return if you take comp points into account).

I think the reason they are making changes to the intro offer is because they actually have listened to views such as yours on the subject and are now making changes just because of the reasons you said. Really quite extraordinary to see action rather than lip service, wouldn't you agree?

That's what they do - listen to their customers and bend over backwards to make it happen.

I remain mystified that you don't like a monthly 32/32 play 900 offer. Especially in pounds. Wish I could do that rather than dollars. Each to his own of course.
