I find it amazing people still judge a casino purely on the freebies they give out - *sigh*. Anyway, this is my experience for the players around here who look beyond this:

Without sounding like I'm brown-nosing 32Red too much, i'd just like to add that 32Red is way out in front for customer service and believe me I've researched and tested a load of casino's while writing up reviews. It is now my first port of call.

Examples of what they've done for me without the slightest hassle: brought Reverse Withdrawal down to 1 hour, set me up two currency accounts (Pounds and Dollars), process my cashins to NETeller in 10 minutes flat when i email them asking to be flushed.

Support always gets back to me within 15 minutes and is friendly and helpful. Ok they still maintain MG hasn't broke Thunderstuuuck but then i know better

IMHO 32Red demonstrates how an online casino should be run. Loyal players also get a much bigger monthly bonus with less hassle attached if that's your thing.

So stick that in your bonus pipe and smoke it

I can name a dozen - probably many more - equally good and BETTER MG casinos, and can extend the list further into Crypto and RTG - both of which offer several FAR superior games to Microgaming.

32Red must be the tightest casino around - take more than two (Jeez) $32 (Jeez) monthly promos and you're out for the count.

Someone tell me what distinguishes 32Red from Trident, VPL and Fortune Lounge. VPL have had the occasional customer issue and FL have admittedly had many, but they both offer FAR better comp programmes to their players and all those groups pay very fast. Although Trident kicked me off the comp programme in record quick time so I've no reason whatsoever to plug them, they either equal or surpass 32Red in all departments.

Someone tell me what distinguishes 32Red from Intercasino and Sands. FAR better games, FAR better comps, fast payments and barely an issue.

Someone tell me what distinguishes 32Red from Inetbet and Phonecian. FAR better games, Phonecian throws out the occasional bonus, excellent CS and few issues.

Yep, I just don't get what sets them apart, and the implication clearly is that there is SOMETHING - otherwise who'd give a damn that another otherwise nondescript MG casino starts taking US players, when all the others do?

    Fill me in.
I don't know what you did, Caruso, I have taken the monthly bonuses ever since I signed up, and I have not been barred.

32red e-mail customer support is very fast and competent. I never had any issues with 32red, whereas I had with the Trident Group, the only time I had to go to ecogra, so I am less impressed with the Trident Group.

32red has no limit on credit card deposits, whereas Trident and most others impose a wimpy £280 ($500) limit on a single transaction, even when I played there for years without chargebacks ot other problems. FL is better, I have limits of £11,000 or $20,000.

32red pays quickly, back to my card in 2 days.

I have to agree with Simmo!.
Also if I'm not doing very well there (but this is part of the game...) and especially the BJ seems pretty tight in the last few months, that's the kind of casino where any (rare) problem is solved in a matter of minutes. And right now it is the only place where I got royal flushes. The comp scheme is not fantastic, but that's a characteristic of all MG casinos (maybe with the only exception of Big Dollar: but the do not offer any sign up bonus). Nevertheless when they asked me to join the Club Rouge I found a present of 7000 points on my account (70 bucks), withdrawable after 4X.
I still credit them with my thumbs up

Yeah true! Maybe a re-instatement of the old version of Thunderstruck

--- Let's see, untill now, their service was always available.
--- They have a good client service
    --- They pay fast
--- They don't have a bad rep.... yet.
--- They actually have FACES behind the name
    --- They don't spam.... yet
--- They seem to be well rounded, well supported and operating well.

I think that in itself should help you out some Caruso!

This can be said for 50-100 casinos out there! Most have better wagering requirements.

The distinguishing factor for me is definitely customer service. You literally get a response to your emails within minutes, sometimes quicker! The response is always personal, accurate and friendly. Payouts are always back in my bank account within three days too.

In the world of signup bonuses, free play blah blah blah - a casino that you feel comfortable, secure and happy playing at goes an awful long way in the real world!

Heads would be rolling at that ISP though if I were in charge! When your entire business depends on the internet, and the internet breaks, there'd be hell to pay!!
