Very bad, and very sad news. :(
Big casino weren't so BIG after all...

KK

I haven't received the email yet, but that may be because I don't have any unplayed funds.

I am very, very sad about this news, as I loved some of their slots, e.g. Jour de L'Amour, Jingle-Bells ride, Cherry-go-Round and Lucky Pirate in particular.

It was never going to be a Casino where you could win really big on the games, such as MG's IR, but I found my deposits always gave me great playing time, the slots were fun, and you could build up your balance to a reasonable sum without much effort.

My only hope is that perhaps some other casino chain might pick up some of these games.

So thank you, BigCasino, for the pleasure and enjoyment you gave me.

I am now off to cry me a river....or open a bottle of beer to drown my sorrows.

This is the subject of another CM thread which started last Friday - Management have been stalling on their intentions, having originally described the bar on deposits as a technical glitch and the dithering all through the weekend and well into this week on communicating the real position.

I really think that Viaden could have done better on this.

BigCasino

Hello everyone,

I was going to create separate thread for this, but as soon as KasinoKing did this first, I think I will post ‘statement’ here.

I can confirm that BigCasino will close their doors in the end of March. There were several reasons for doing this, but some of them I’m not entitled to disclose. As I said it before, there are going to be major changes in the company’s structure and ownership.

We still have the IOM license, and our white labeled casinos will continue their operations.

Players:

1) We are in the process of withdrawing players’ funds back to their accounts. If anyone won’t get their money within next 5-7 business days – please, contact me or our support team.
2) All uncleared bonuses will be removed and players will be able to withdraw remaining balance.

Affiliates:

1) All affiliates who earned any money in this month will be paid within next 7 days.
2) VERY IMPORTANT: I will make sure that if BigCasino will be opened under different name / brand with existing players database - affiliates will still be getting money for players they brought.

I also fully agree with the statement that this could have been handled in much more professional way, and I would do everything I could, but unfortunately I’m not in the list of ‘decision makers’ so I just deal with the consequences.

From my ‘personal’ side, I want to say that I’m not very happy with this decision, mostly because BigCasino’s closure means that over a YEAR of my efforts to make them as a brand and to get accredited were just waste of time. But at the same time I understand that this decision wasn’t made in one moment.

I want to thank everyone who played in our casino or tried our software. Your input was VERY valuable and we managed to significantly improve our software, making it much better. There are still many things to be done, but we are not going to stop here.

I’m still here at the forum, and will be representing our company and online casinos using our software, so if you will have any questions / issues – just let me know. I’m happy to help you.

Thank you for playing at BigCasino!
Viktar.

I'm sure you did the best you could to get Management to handle this properly, Viktar - thanks for disclosing as much as you could; it's a pity your execs do not have the same commitment to both professionalism and the player.

Perhaps they will learn from this incident.

Thank you, JuicyFruit.

Yes, that is correct. Right now we sent emails only to players who have unpaid money on their balances.

As for Viaden casinos: there are still few of them available for players, and going to be much more in the future.

Viktar,

You have done a great job and I hope you continue to fare well with Viaden. Any chance of getting non-uk players to play at this software in the near future?

Thank you, chuchu! Yes, there are at least one Viaden casino which does accept players NOT only from UK, and as I said - there are going to be more of them soon.

Thank you, jetset. I really tried to do my best.

Sorry to hear this Viktar, I hope you manage to settle with all your players successfully before April 1, seems to be very close date for them to be closing the casino.

Thank you, conker. Well, there are not too many active players, so I think we can do that.

[Slight derail]

Viktar,

Don't think of this as a waste of time, because it really wasn't. You have done a great a job here at CM with helping players and adding insight to different situations. Think of this as the beginning of your career, everyone in their career goes through changes and those changes most often bring bigger and better things.

You have created a GOOD name for yourself, so it wasn't a waste of time. Think of it this way, the past year you have made yourself known to the gaming world and created a GOOD name for yourself. In this undustry the only thing that keeps people going is thier reputation, and with a reputation like yours, you will move on with the respect of players and upper levels of management. Your integrity will ensure this, and your reputation is growing more than you can imagine.

I know that if I could play at anyone of the casinos you represent I would because of you and your willingness to help when players have issues. Hang in there Viktar, you are doing one hell of a job!!

All the best,
Lori

Sad to hear this.

I tried bigcasino last year. Their payouts were swift and I was made to feel very welcome.

I also had some issues crop up and some questions so I had a few interactions with Viktar. I can say without question Viktar is the absolute cream of the crop when it comes to casino reps and I was always amazed at how helpful and knowledgable he is. Bigcasino have a good name in my eyes but Viktar is the best rep on this site and their star asset and I hope you go onto bigger and better things.

Viktar

It's a Big playing field. some make it, some don't.

I don't know what's going on here in detail but I do consider Viktar as a stand up guy although we have been back and forth a couple times but isn't that expected in a public debated forum? :)

I hope the best for you moving forward!
