Just wanted to share a positive experience with NordicBet - Particularly the experience I have had with Ben the rep.

I stopped playing at Nordicbet because i thought the offers were bad. I gave an opinion in the forum and wasn't really ranting, but sharing my experience. Ben, the rep was lightning fast to contact me and try and rectify the scenario... This was a while back.

I have been depositing at NordicBet more often but not very frequently (been real busy). When I did have the opportunity Ben has shown me absolutely superb customer service and actually goes out of his way. I'm very impressed and I can tell you that if he keeps it up, he can scoop the award from Pat Harrison for 2012 :)

Just a heads up to players - PLEASE speak to Ben, he is already becoming one of the Best Reps I have dealt with. Professional, FAST, Always available and generous. No issue seems too big for him. His sole intention is to elevate the product to a new level, and he has already done that in my eyes. I sincerely feel valued by NordicBet and the Service received.

I remember one example from last year. A member could not find the link (think it was KasinoKing) to their downloadable casino. And it took Ben and Nordicbet only a few hours to change and add a very visible link on their main site. That is quite impressive when talking about changing content on a main page. They later also created a whole new section for the downlodable casino. It shows that they really are listening to feedback.

I too was having a whine in the same thread as Nate and lightning fast I received a response from Ben that fully rectified the situation!

Since then I have spoken to him several times via PM and he has always answered within minutes and rectified any problem I've had immediately!
He is generous and extremely helpful to all his customers! :thumbsup:

I would fully recommend Noricbet to anybody as the rep Ben is amazing, the games are awesome and the overall experience is fun and professional!

Heck, we even talked about our families and kids etc... via PM. Ben even fixed a problem for me whilst he was out on a walk in the park with his daughter

I'm a huge fan of Nordicbet. Of all of the casinos that I have tried, they easily get the bulk of my business. The layout of the buttons in a few of the games is annoying at times, but that's on Net-Ent's end.

I've never played their live stuff, but I hear that it's also a very well implemented system.
 
Completely agree Nate.

Ben is very professional and nothing is to much or to small for him to take a look at.

I did nominate Ben in the CM awards but seemed few had the same sentiments, but I am glad more and more people are getting to know him.

By the way, Net Entertainment is planning to launch live casino (as mentioned here) at the end of next year. So I am guessing that some of the Net Entertainment based casinos may get a new live-section in 2013. Will be interesting to follow the progress.
 
Yes the phenomenon we have gotten to know as Ben is a Gem!
Netent is cool software, took me a while to figure that out, but once i did, i was/am a happy camper with Nordicbet.
Ben made everything easy, an even was very generous with customized bonuses.
I would not want to forget Pat H., from 32RED, nor Mark and Steve, Nor the 3dice team, Anna, Enzo and the rest
What i'm saying is: every casino that hires such people to run them, is a smart business!.
That is where i love to put my money, since smart businesses put the customer first, which means they go through all lenghts to make them happy, dont make up bs to not pay, pay quickly, and offer decent , sometimes personalized bonii!
Not wanting to hi-jack the thread, i just think that those who prove to be such great persons/teams, should be put together on a pedestool, and function as a standard for all to follow:)

I feel so stupid. Ben was nice and gave me some extra free spins and I was nice back
making a few deposits. But my experience was awful. The games didn't want to work on this computer.

Today I downloaded the casino and I would have had no problem playing there if I just had known it existed:p

My fault and not yours Ben. I promice I will give you another chance some day:thumbsup:

Yes, Nordicbet is one of few operators that has a downlodable Net Entertainment version. Think NetEnt released it at the end of 2009 and Nordicbet was the first casino to deploy it. It is quite smooth and worth a try :)

• Robin Hood

• Flowers

If all of them are set at the lowest coin value (not sure), then for example Flowers (EUR 0,30) probably is a better choice than Kings of Chicago (EUR 0,05). And you may want to avoid Robin Hood since you can not hit the bonus feature with only one spin.

I would like to add a post on this thread about Ben. :)

I have had the opportunity of Ben's help a number of times now with some little and not so little problems that have come up and every single one was dealt with professionally, courteously and personally and every time i was left feeling like I had just been treated like I was a very important player and he had made it his mission to do anything and everything possible to help.

In the latest instance, I received an email yesterday from NordicBet telling me I had won a 1000 Euro travel voucher in the round the world raffle and at first I was very excited until I realised I would not be able to use it as I live in Australia and also I am not able to take time off for some time and the terms and conditions say non redeemable for cash.

I contacted Ben and he seemed genuinely excited for me and said they don't usually do cash alternatives because they have already purchased the vouchers but he would make an exception in this case.

He said he was out for the rest of the day and he would credit my account tomorrow then he asked me if that was OK...lol he always does that.:p

I must say that I have never come across a casino manager so humbled and down to earth and on the players level no matter what level that is.

When I told him once how much I appreciated how I was being treated he replied back within minutes (as usual) saying and I quote,
NordicBet is all about doing the right thing and every customer is as important as the next one, without you we would not be around.

I say to that that NordicBet is darn lucky they snagged you Ben and we are very very lucky to have you too. :notworthy

I love the download casino too. I'm not patient enough to wait a minute or two for each game I want to play to load and they are some times a bit jumpy on instant play also.

Agreed, Ben is awesome and I really like NordicBet - especially since I won a lil something there! To be honest, I probably will play there more because of the download casino - I like to switch games frequently and it's much faster.

I agree Ben is wonderful. I'd actually came to post about that this exact thing today. Yesterdays's hit on Flowers was over 180 euros. I won 60 cents one of the days.

Unfortunately, the match bonuses were not available to me. Good thing Ben has me fixed up already, I'm looking forward to playing this weekend.

Well, I don't have a recent reason to thank Ben, because both email and live support at NordicBet have met all my needs! Well, except that one for a cashout, lol.
Good management produces good employees.

For those who haven't noticed, there's a slight increase in the premium for credit card deposits from 2% to 2.25%.
