I think I have received one $10.00 "we noticed you account seems to be running low" bonus. Yeah, wager that 60 times and cash out $50.00?? Any other freebies I have received, I have had to ask for. I have done this on 3 occasions. Last time being in November, if I recall correctly. It was for $20.00.
I wrote to Intertops last night, asking about the Valentines bonus. This morning I get a response "We are unable to give you a bonus at this time" That's what they tell me!
I have never, ever had a cashout from Intertops in case you are wondering.
Do any of you get treated this way also??

Sour grapes are never very tasty.
I don't pay much attention to bonuses, much less to what others do or do not receive. Freebies for USA players at RTG casinos are oft times only glorified 'practice play' anyway when the max cashout is taken into consideration. I do notice that I receive more bonus offers in my Inbox now that I haven't played in two years, than I did when I played and deposited several times a week.
IMHO, online casinos use bonuses and freebies to entice players to deposit -- not as rewards for loyalty. Just generally speaking, online casinos have a very skewed concept of player retention.
However, if you don't like the way they treat you, move on.
