SlotoCash!

8 deposits....what about 30/40 .
Still, I've had few cash-outs paid in 24 hours (wire transfer):notworthy I'm in USA.

Based on my deposit experience, I am surprised anyone wins!

The OP was giving kudos to a casino for paying in a fast quick fashion to US players, which is becoming a rarity.

Rather than ragging on them because YOU didn't win, you should be happy for your fellow American. Talk about raining on someone's parade.

Judging by your posting history, you almost always take a bonus, so maybe that's the reason you haven't cashed out. Or, maybe you only deposited a few times.

Congratulations on your win!

8 deposits, NO cashouts to talk about:eek:

Just clarifying....no cashouts worth mentioning or no cashouts at all?

Were they large or small deposits, with or without bonus, high or low variance games, whether you reached a decent amount at any time etc etc?

You can see how saying 8 deposits means nothing without qualification. If they were all $50 with a bonus or $500 with no bonus and betting $1 or $10 makes a huge difference.

The Reason

The reason I felt that I needed to post about the fast wire transfer, was not only that it was fast... I did not have to email back and forth and back and forth or think of calling them... I did not have to send in documents over and over or stand by my drivers liscense or even give a pint of blood. I did not have to log on to my bank every hour for a week. I have played and lost == took it like a man... I played and won.. and instead of giving me a hard time they said "congrats here is your money... come back soon".

Obviously slotocash realises that a vacuum exists and that there are no currently any rtgs that are top-notch. While they did encounter teething problems when they launched, they have largely overcome the problems and are set to prove they can compete with the better rtgs. They may also win over the hearts of USA players who believe they are a good alternative to CW who are occasionally having problems paying them timely and this may well count when regulation is in place. Furthermore, slotocash's bonuses seem to be targetting those of CW. There are new ones every week and they offer free chips when you have purchased certain amounts and this is similar to CW's cashback offers.Bonuses at both places are also uncashable with seemingly less harsh wrs than JC. I am sure CW will fight back though so I am keeping my fingers crossed as competition will benefit the consumers. Yes, US.

It was actually 10 deposits, no cashouts at all, half bonuses and half no bonus taken, between $25-$50 with 400%-61% bonuses on the deposits that were with bonuses.

The most my balance has ever reached is $300. I play low, medium, high and very high variance games; caesar's empire, cleopatra's gold, derby dollars, diamond dozen, enchanted garden, fame and fortune, funky monkey, hidden riches, honey to a bee, hillbillies, mystic dragon, paradise dreams, paydirt, red sands, sunken treasure, tiger treasures, vikings voyage, white rhino and year of fortune and a few others. I guess they are majority medium variance.

And $10 bets:lolup:, I bet from the minimum to no more than $2.00.

Is that better for you Nifty?

Well it explains things much better, yes.

If the highest balance you had was $300, then $2 bets are quite high, especially combined with the several high variance slots you play. If that balance was reached with no bonus on a $25 deposit, or even a $50 one, its certainly a cashable amount.

You deposited fairly small amounts each time, so its not reasonable to expect to win something worthwhile very often. Most of the big screenies we see are from big depositors who have the bankroll to ride the swings. Betting according to bankroll is important, but it also means low bets if the deposits are small, and hence the expected wins are smaller.

A smaller depositor is far more likely to go many deposits without a cashout. It certainly doesn't provide any indication of RTP settings etc.

I wasn't being unfriendly, I just wanted to know what you meant.

Naturally I am happy for everyones wins.....

and the fast payout. I have deposited several thousand and have won zero and slot bonuses don't include progressives which I tradionally do well on.

I just wish I could be so lucky at sloto, use to win frequently before they changed to RTG.

Obviously, I don't have to deposit again, but I am often "stupid" and chase my losses even when I know I should give it up trying to win back my deposits.

Not ragging on them as obviously others are winning. They are just not lucky for me. How much have those responding to comments actually deposited at Sloto; prior to and after they became RTG? Really, I don't think it is helpful for anyone to comment if they have no first-hand play experience at the casino. Some of us want to hear what kind of payout others have had. Thats all.

My point exactly. I love it!
Now, THIS is the type of casino experience people should be having online. *signs up for Slotocash*

AFAIK it isn't a requirement for posting that a member must be a depositor, either past or present. I actually think that stating that some people's opinions are more important than others is far more unhelpful than anything a non-depositor posts, and IMO it is moderating, which is neither your right nor mine.

Sloto uses the same software as hundreds of other casinos, do playing at one is the same as playing at another, except for promotions and their relevant terms. Anyone and everyone can post their opinion. Have you considered that not everyone that posts is doing so to "help" you? Just take on board what you want and ignore the rest.

It's a personal choice whether members want to reveal their deposit status, and their choice to invoke their right to privacy should not preclude them from contributing to the thread.

I agree, and would like to add the following: There is a /lot/ of information on this board. And it is exactly as Douglas Adams said (I am paraphrasing, I believe!) : "Humans are unique in the universe for their ability to learn from the mistakes of others; and their apparent disinclination to do so."

From what I've read, Slotocash seems like a place I'd deposit, if I was eligible to do so.

My point exactly, exchanging information about your experiences depositing and playing and your overall experience is information other players may find useful.

If you have no experience at a casino, your opinion isn't very helpful to other players.

Anyone can comment on any subject or respond to any other players comments. Never said they couldn't.

Once again, my words are being twisted.

No further comment.

Has anyone made a new account under the RTG platform at Slotocash? I was told to do this and they were deactivating my other one under the old platform. I just received confirmation of this. I also found out that they had me already setup under the same log in as my old Rival login under the RTG casino account which I had deactivated because of making (by casino request) a new account. I found it interesting and hopefully all is good. I also kept the chat for this in case something goes awry!

If I may. I'd suggest to shoot a email to Stephen Vaughn [email protected] Very nice guy, he will fix the problem if any.:)

As I almost only play the high variance slots I lost the money that I cashed out on a bad run int two days or so.
Part of gambling especially on RTG high variance slots it can get quite ugly.

However yesterday I got lucky and requested a significant cashout again.
As it's weekend and it's a RTG casino I was not expected to get paid today. To my surprise again I got paid within 15 hours and on a sunday!!!
That must be unique for RTG (except for lock casino in their early days)

Good going for you guys.

I Can not even deposit there. They requested all my docs, I sent them in, and all of a sudden my account was locked asking for them . I taked to to a rep there who said they would fix it. Well now it is not locked, but it will not let me deposit. It has been too much a hassle on my end and I never even tried to cash out.
When I get a lot of hassle I move on. I hope they got their bugs worked out, but when I have hassle before I even try to cash out, makes me think It will be worse if I won.

I just made a withdraw (on saturday, the 11th of February) and hopefully since I was converted over from the Rival side and they have all my information (chat confirmed that) and docs it will go a lot smoother for me. Will wait and see and let others know.

There may be one smallish issue with slotocash from what I can see. Or maybe it is just an issue for me and not most others:p
The issue is that they seem to have a term that if you are using a bonus then you may not make a spin worth over $6.50 at all. If that happens they take your entire balance (winnings and all) and make you wager all of that!
That seems predatory in a way. Even more disturbing to ME (maybe it is not a big deal) is that they have table game bonuses and I am not sure if they would expect you to bet $6.00 or lower for the entire bonus? Is that even fun for someone playing table games? I would like to see that rule changed or perhaps made more clear. If it is just for slots then I can almost understand it but that cannot be a rule for table games and be very fair IMHO.
Great hearing about the fast payouts. I suppose I always have the option of playing without a bonus so it isn't that big of an issue. It just seems sketchy to have that maximum bet rule in effect so incredibly low.

I dont bother with any of the RTG casino's. They want ID, front and back of credit card which is totally cool. But they continue to want a utility bill and to sign and fax bank information and sign it.

Thats just way too inconvenient to deposit $25 just to mess around with. I got them to close my account.

Good luck to anyone that plays there

I don't think the max bet rule apply to table games....you can always ask chat support though, before betting and save the reply you get from them.;)

I had an account with rival too. Did not make a difference. Maybe they do not like that I have a po box, All I can figure. Not everyone has mail delivery where they live.

Owell. JC does not mind taking my money, Ill keep playing there :)

I think Ms. Sloto is a very nice person, but the problem I have with Slotocash is that quite a few months ago I requested to have my account closed. I had to ask twice before it was actually done. Since then I have been getting to many unwanted e-mails from them.

I PM'ed Ms. Sloto on 1/10. She politely asked if I could send the e-mails that I was getting to them. So I did forward the emails to them. Ms. Sloto politely e-mailed me back on 1/11 and said that my account was updated and I will no longer be getting e-mails from them. Great I thought because I was getting duplicate and triplicate e-mails of the same thing.

Well, the very next day I received more promotional e-mails. So again I replied to the e-mail it came from ([email protected]) and the e-mail that Ms. Sloto asked me to forward everything to. In this e-mail I politely stated that I had spoke with Ms. Sloto through CM and was told I would not be receiving anymore e-mails. I just thought it was a glitch and I wouldn't get anymore. Low and behold, the next day I get 3 of the exact same mails from them. Again I send the e-mail back to them politely asking AGAIN to be removed from their mailings list.

Well guess what, I got en e-mail from them (some of them 2 or 3 times of the same e-mail) on the following days:

1/13
1/17 x2
1/20
1/24 x3
1/27
1/31
2/3 x2
2/7

Now mind you these are all coming to me from [email protected]. Not any affiliate. When I sent these e-mails back asking to be removed from their mailing lists, none of them were bounced back.

I know it is nothing to delete them, (but my grandmother is here from Italy, who is a devout catholic and she does know how to use a computer,) and I left my e-mail open when I went to the grocery store and when I got home I had hell to pay. Why is that because she read 2 unwanted e-mails from Slotocash, that just happened to pop up in my e-mail account while I was the grocery store.

I have asked now like 4 to 5 times to have these e-mails stopped but it is not happening. So again, I am asking politely to have my name taken off the mailing list.

Anyone else have any suggestions, I am open to just about anything at this point.

A lot of my casino emails go to my spam box on purpose. It is quite simple to mark the email spam and then mark it move to trash, delete etc. It will then move any emails from selected people to the area you told it to move it to. There are many options in email software nowadays even the online emails have these items in place. Some of the emails I do not want to go to spam still goes there automatically and I have to retrieve it and mark it NOT spam. So, there are other avenues.

.

I understand what you are saying, but my point is that I have asked numerous times to be taken off the mailing lists and have PM'ed the rep/owner about it and was told by her that the e-mails would stop, and they haven't.

I can assure you they are now marked as spam and deleted, but I should not have been getting these e-mails in the first place.

Strange. I thought that was the norm with every casino. You mean there are some out there that dont put you through all that rigamore? Well share?:p

I can see how annoying that would be.

I'm sure it wouldn't be as difficult for someone who only has one account.

This is definitely a rule for slots. I used the table games bonus and they mistakenly treated it like a slots bonus. They were going to make me wager 30x my entire balance which was near 2k usd. A simple email to them cleared it up and they fixed it. To make a long story short the 6usd maximum bet rule does not apply to table games bonus. At least it did not for me. Nor should it, that would be absurd. Seems like a good operation. They realized the mistake and fixed it quickly for me.

I think it may be normal with every RTG casino - but certainly not with all casinos on other softwares!
I've played at so many casinos I can't recall which needed and ID or not, but most who did need it only wanted to see a scan of my passport.
(Note that I usually deposit with Neteller or Skrill)

I have been very lucky at slotocash and made a few large withdrawals.
The only downside to this is that now the promotional departement has decided to 'remove promotions from my account until further notice'
So I cannot claim any deposit bonus anymore.

I have no clue if all casino's do this when you win a lot, would love to hear other players experiences

That's very common, especially if you are winning a lot and often take bonuses.
I can understand the casinos since it's business for them, it's not okey to take their money, so you need to be punished for it in some way...

They don't really understand that you will probably go somewhere else and they will never get the money back;)

Do you have some special skills you wants to share with us?:p

So much for rewarding frequent play and most of us need the bonuses due to the economy. they should reward you for being a loyal player, regardless whether or not you claim bonuses they make available to you, especially when they don't allow progressive slot play and have a higher playthrough than say InetBet or CW in most instances.

I use to win at Sloto before they changed to RTG and now after many deposits, no good rounds or payouts.

Could you please explain what "most of us need the bonuses due to the economy" means?
