32Red Group Makes me CRAZY!

YES, they makes me crazy with their excellent service!!
Casino of the Decade ? Having doubts at first but after this incident, i finally put my hands up and down and up and down for this 32Red Group Casinos.

The story goes like this..

After a win of $450, I withdraw $400 and was having a remaining balance of $50 in my real money account. After a long session, I've decided to play in PRACTISE mode.
When I logged into practise mode, I saw my practise credits was also shown as $50. It clearly stated as $50 practise credits and there was a button above it showing "Win real money" which
shows that I am clearly in practise mode. So i decided to practise and play blackjack and played all the $50 practise credits down to $0.00 .

Shockingly, when i log in back into my real mode, my $50 real money was gone too. This means that I was playing with my real money in PRACTISE mode. Got it ? haha.
I quickly contact live chat and explain about this incident and they contacted the software providers to confirm the errors. Knowing that there is a casino rep in casinomeister, named Pat,
I also give him a private message about my problem.

The next day, I received an email from support and Pat that the software providers has confirmed the software errors and they apologised. Therefore, Pat the manager return my $50
and even took the initiative to give me an ADDITIONAL complimentary $50 (no need wagering)! So I got $100 now !! WOW!

Thumbs up for their quick and excellent service in solving the problem! If their service maintain to be this good, other casinos will have to close down! haha!

This is the casino of the decade for 32 reasons obviously. With the intolerant gang we have here the casino that comes out tops is bound to be something extraordinary. I havent been able to play there for some years but they never cease to amaze me with their excellent services. They believe the customer first and then investigate against others who doubt the customers first then just use every trick in the book to discredit the player.

Wow, that is an awesome story. I guess that is one of the many reasons why they remain "untouchable" when it comes to being on the top of the online casino world.

Doesnt surprise me in the slightest. In facts to be honest words are actually starting to fail now about how good 32Red really is. Top Notch service and the consideration for their players is truly astounding in all senses.

As most of you maybe have read about my complain issue, in regards to withdrawal to Skrill. Where error happened and they wanted to send back to my visa card. (I know Nifty will know )

No this all ended up in quick response from 32RED who managed to transfer both my new withdrawal and also their mistake with withdrawal before that.

But guess what, I recieved new email. Where they stated sorry, The withdrawal which was sent to your card in first place, we could not stop this transaction. Please check when you recieve this.

So i though okay they will want this back. But no i got to keep that as well!! How extraordinary excellent service is that???

So i got 200$ + 300$ to my Skrill account + 200$ extra to my visa card.

Big thanks to 32RED. Backside of all this is I actually played more than 200$ back to 32RED after this.
But I am very thankfull for their nice gift. Pure class act from 32RED !

if there is one casino, that does NOT need shills, it;s 32Red.
Sorry, but I doubt that you'll find any sympathy for you blowing 20K. That was your choice.
If you think, in gambling, that throwing more money in, will guarantee any wins, then you need to stop, and reconsider what you're doing.

You keep posting this stuff and frankly I don't believe you - unless you class a "win" as something way over 100 x your bet, like x 500 or something.
So what do you class a "win" as?

Also I asked in the other thread what games you were playing and you ignored the question.
So I'll ask again: What slots have you been playing?
