If it's Jack and the Beanstalk, it's probably NetEnt software - some very fun slots. Highly reccomend Egyptian Heroes, Flowers (tough to hit bonus rounds, but VERY well paying normally), Dead or Alive and Alien Robots.

I asked almost 2 weeks ago now why cant i create alias to dash casino(to play tournaments) they said in livechat that they are having TD:s and they will resolve it. Try again later! Yet still its not workinggotta be a big bug in the system when resolving it, is still going on
(or they just said so i would go away)

Thats my only negative thing so far from 32redgroup and been customer for 3 or 4 years![]()
Yup. Netent. Not a software ive played before but im not a member of many casinos but certainly a lot of fun to play. I started on D or A until i hit the bonus then J and the B till i hit the bonus and so on through the list of allowed games. I had a lot of fun today playing through them again. Though i wasnt as lucky today im still sitting on £128 with the PT requirement almost met. had a great chat with a live rep who i contacted for some info (and also to verify my details to save the hassle of doing it later) and i have to say i am a very happy guy now. Wish all casinos were like this.
Quite honestly, the difference is when something goes wrong. The attention and participation from the Casino managers is unrivaled. I had an account at Ladbrokes - I closed it because they gave shoddy promotions (I believe this has changed) and they wanted me to deposit $7k in a month to become a VIP. Quite honestly, I could have deposited $7k in that month, but even If you are $4k down in the day, they would NOT give you a $10 as a good will gesture.
MG Casinos have standard RTP, for me its always been the ability to pop in once in a while after having a bad run and be considered for a free chip and have a bit of banter with the Managers. They have ALWAYS been professional and I know that even If i come up with the wildest theory about their slots, they will lend me an ear and chat about it.
I honestly can't find a better place than 32Red - Its not just about Wins or Live Chat (I am well ahead at the Group if it helps) - Its about the Management and the way things are run...

I'm actually going to admit i was wrong. I've spent the last couple of days exclusively at 32 Red. I won a £50 bonus chip in one of their tournaments and had a very good session. Met the wagering reqs pretty quick and cashed out on just under £600. (£200 went to the sportsbook/£200 i left in to play around with/£200 for the good lady in my life to buy some shoes. In the past few days ive also spoke a few times with the live reps with questions and agree that i've never been treated so well especially considering im far for a high roller.
I think my main issue was adjusting from low varience slots to high varience slots. Just never seen such long dry spells. But wow did it balance itself out. The account section is easy to understand (unlike Ladbrokes) and as i mentioneed the reps are very approachable and always seem happy to help.
For what its worth , bonuses are a very small factor to me. Upto a couple of weeks ago i only ever played online at LB and Sky vegas. None of which have good bonus schemes anyway. Think ive only ever had 1 bonus from LB in 4 years. That was the £5 one very recently. I get more bonuses from LB when i frequent the local shop.
Ill definately be a 32 Red regular now though knowing that i may have a few bad runs but one good run makes up for it and theres always a friendly ear to bash. I still have my suspicions about the leaderboards in the tourneys though at all MG sites.
All in all,,, i think i may be on the bandwagon.... I just wish they had Jack and the beanstalk... that game is fun as hell.

The slot payouts for me seem relatively meager.
$100(initial deposit) + $160(bonus) =960 of the 4800 game wager play through.
Did deposit a few more times today. With no luck. The most I can get ahead is $10 and then the wheels fall off.
Even with the extra deposits I don't think I have wagered 4800 in total yet.
Playing at the lowest bet shows me that if i were to bet $1 a spin my bankroll would be done in 20 spins.
Well... only if your starting bankroll was $20 (or less) and you were ludicrously unlucky!
You can't blame 32Red for your lack of luck; all MG games play exactly the same at all MG casinos.
And with your user-name here, you should know that some slots have high volatility (variance), and some are much lower.
On some you can go 100s of spins winning FA, but then hit a x100 or more biggie. None are all win, win, win.
As a matter of interest, which slot(s) were you playing?

I have to totaly disagree on this. Even though all mg casinos have standardised rtp across the board it never seems like it to me.
Ive been playing Mg casinos for the over ten years and ive tried many of them. Some i win at occasionally many I never have. At all.
32Red is the only Mg casino (for me anyway) that i win at just as often as i lose at. Which is why they get 95 % of my business barring the odd get lucky go at maybe an rtg now and again (which never usually happens)
My payout at 32red is last 5 months :
deposited $14,684.43
withdrawn : $5050
loss cash : 9634$
And im a low roller so yo could imagine how i bite my hands! sick0003.gif
