i sometimes dont get it, they have one of internetts most expensive and most attractive domains like casino.com and they destroy them self with rouge behavior. i guess its so much traffic to the site that they dont care and new players come in every secound anyway...

I've played at alot of playtech casinos, just fancied a change as I have already took a break from most but I now feel ready to try my luck again.

I play at Paddypower but the games there are very slow and stuttery for me, I still play there though even though it's soooo annoying have the slots stutter and freeze, I don't know 'sigh' maybe it's this piece of junk computer, but when I play free play on playtech games at other casinos, they work fine.

As for the afore mentioned casino.com, I just wanted to hear of people's experience playing there and if they encountered any delays with withdrawals etc, the casino home page is really legit looking, but I like to be sure rather than sorry, I have had a problem with one bingo site in the past 'long' before I joined this great site, alas I did play away what I had withdrawn and closed my account with them...not going to mention names as I tend to let the past stay in the past (in my own life).

I agree with the fact that their home page is really attractive, that is what had drawn me to enquire about them.

Thank you all for your feedback, I think I shall give this casino a miss, cheers everyone

I'm unsure if Mansion and Casino.com are operated under the same company, however I do know they have a lot of dealings together. For example, they both run under the iAffiliates program who I met at the London Affiliate Conference.

Mansion are quite big in the UK, I seem to remember them sponsoring a few football teams in the UK a few seasons ago, Spurs being one of them.

    Sorry for the unhelpful post!

I have played at Casino.com and Mansion have cashed out at both sites with no problems, I had to resent 1 doc, because I sent it wrong but after that no problem, payout is the same for me as it is at any other casino I play at. Hope this helps.

    Have a great day

I did play there in the past and I had some winnings. they were paid BUT it took tooo long. On top of that, after my winnings they raised the wagering on any bonuses to d+b x 85 so I stopped playing there. I deposited WITh and without bonuses, but the fact that they raised the wagering and took so long to payup just had me go elsewhere

Same here - Tried different computers and my laptop with different internet connections - Same result. Slow spins and frequent disconnections.

I have engaged the Rep about this and even did a Trace for Playtech to try and identify the problem. Nothing was forthcoming. I know that It is not my connection or PC / Laptop as other Playtech Casinos work just fine.

It would be good to Alert the rep so that he is aware that the problem is not isolated to certain individuals.

    Nate
