    Allslots Casino

I deposited at Allslots last week, it was only small (my usual £25) played a few slots and cashed out £100.

All went well, got a nice email congratulating me on my win and then a mail asking for my docs etc so sent them off swiftly, this was on Monday BTW.

I had a call from an unknown number last night and when i answered, it was Eric from Allslots.

Now my complaint. He informed me that they could not put my winnings back on to my card, strange? and that my only options to receive my winnings were by bank transfer (£20 fee) or cheque. I asked why they could not put into my Skrill account and was informed it was because i did not use it as a deposit method. the cheque, i was told, will take up to 21 working days to arrive.

The customer service there is fantastic and i know i will surely get my money but i really do not understand why they cannot put the money back on my card.

I have no problem whatsoever with other MG's.

Guess i now know how you guys in the US feel.

That's peculiar. Did he not give you any reasons as to why it couldn't be put back onto your card? Is your card a prepaid? I've used a debit card at AllSlots/AllJackpots before and had winnings credited back onto my card - he's right that they won't send to Moneybookers if you've deposited via a different method though.

I depo with my usual debit card. It is not prepaid. I have never encountered this problem before.

He did say that they had to pay by the deposit method (which was my card), that is why i do not understand why they cannot refund it back to my card.

    Visa debit I guess?

I thought it may be a problem with your specific bank, but if it carries the Visa symbol, that can't be true, since it should be standard across all cards branded with Visa.

Is it maybe worth just pming the rep on here and asking if they have any idea why? It would be good for you to know for the future so that if need be you can deposit via Moneybookers (I'll never get used to calling them Skrill!) next time to avoid the wait for a cheque/the fee for the bank transfer.

    It is Maestro.

I had a looked a their withdrawal methods and it did state that they would pay back to the deposit method.

I guess this is a warning NOT to deposit with Maestro as they clearly cannot facilitate it!

I will not be depositing until the 30 days are up and it will clearly be by Skrill. It hasn't put me off playing there but i think it should be made clear to peeps who use Maestro.

I don't know if it applies in this particular case, but at some casinos in the past they couldn't refund more than you deposited with your Visa card.
I think the word "refund" is the clue here.

Actually, I just checked the terms on their website, and this IS mentioned there:
Where possible, withdrawals will be paid back to the same method you used to deposit. If that option is not available for a particular deposit method (such as prepaid cards like Ukash and PaySafeCard), you will be sent your withdrawal by cheque.

Members of the VIP Lounge may select a Preferred Payment Method. A withdrawal will first be processed back to the last deposit method used, up to the value of the deposits made using that method, and the remainder may be paid to the player's chosen Preferred Payment Method.
I know that says "VIP Lounge" at the start of the sentence, but I'm pretty sure it applies to all their casinos.
After all, you would expect VIPs to get BETTER terms than "normal players", not worse!

This sort of thing isn't their fault usually.

Basically, it's a lot easier for them to just put it through if they can as opposed to messing about contacting you and trying to arrange alternatives, there's obviously a legitimate issue with the bank and the payment.

I've never been back to All Slots or their mates since the marketing debacle a few years ago, but they are generally a solid and reputable outfit payment wise.

    That's the problem.

Mastercard and Maestro does not have the scheme used among VISA issuing banks that allow merchants to pay money back to the card, so they have to find another way to pay.

The cheque is unlikely to take 21 days, as most of these casinos use a bank in Ireland, or Barclays in the UK. The cheques are produced and posted there too, not back in Israel in the case of All Slots.

I have sometimes had casinos saying a cheque is the only option, and the cheques have taken 2 to 3 days to arrive in the post once "processed".

If other casinos have managed to refund back to this card, they must have been using an alternative method, perhaps one that can only be used by a UK based operator.

Once you have deposited there with Moneybookers, they should be able to pay future withdrawals back there if the deposit method itself cannot be used to receive a withdrawal.

What if you made a deposit using your skrill account, could you then withdraw your winnings and your deposit amount to your skrill account?
