Hey guys,

what happened to the JC pending phase? It seems to be much longer than before (up to 4 working days?). Is it possible to flush a withdrawel or will it be four days for all players (VIP)?

Regards,

Polli

I am VIP and as far as I know cashouts are pending for 2 business days prior to processing. I have been told via support that they do not flush w/ds'. Did you contact support and question?

I haven't cashed out in a few weeks at JC, so maybe you should contact the rep here if you have been waiting that long.

Good Luck!

Hey,

everything works so far. I played often at JC last year and in 2010 and payouts were fast (<24h). So if their policy in this cashe has generally changed i will change over to Inetbet.
A pending phase always hurts and i dont think that this can be a part of an excellent customer service.

48 hour pending period

Hello,

Our payouts are now subject to a 48 hour pending period before it is sent to payments for processing (business days only).

For example if your payout was requested this morning, Wednesday, it will be done on Friday.

I'm sure you have a valid reason for doing this.
I'm just glad I have the choice for playing in other casinos that pays faster.
I really liked your casino, and I will be back if you change back to what you was before.
Sad news really and I hope you don't lose too many customers, but you lost me:(

Hey Yas,

please tell me: what was the reason for changing it? I for myself can say that is is not the best way to generate a higher Customer lifetime value.

Regards

I believe it was done as a service to players who don't really want their winnings. It gives them more opportunity to give it back to the casino, therefore solving the problem.

It is said that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar....and this vinegar has the distinct aroma of uric acid.....

Stick with inetbet who pay in hours. You can't go wrong.

I've noticed that jp capital has been quite vague or just outright refuses to answer concerning the change in pending times. I suppose it's because they really don't have a satisfactory answer at least from the players prospective. Knowing a place will pay is excellent but yet shoddy customer service and or long pending payout procedures does nothing to heighten our loyalty.

Sadly they can get away with it because US players have so few reputable places to play and to at least have one they we know will pay allows us to overlook other less desirable characteristics and they know this. :(

I finally got at least one of the reasons for them changing the pendingtime.

They are saying that the players are recycling their money, wich is a costly process for both the players and the casino.

I know that if I make a cashout I go on and deposit again, that's true, but doesn't the casino want their money back?
For me it doesn't cost a cent to deposit or cashout so I can never lose with a fast cashout. I just pay it back faster.
So how much does it costs for the casinos? If it's a businessdecision, are they doing so bad?

What if the 48 hours straddle a weekend or public holiday? Will the processing time be lengthened accordingly?

Would they prefer player deposit it elsewhere rather than back with them? I am sure that if they discussed this with their players, they would agree not to redeposit for, say, 96 business hours from making their withdrawal, and would play elsewhere during that time in exchange for a return to faster payment.

Perhaps they should ask WHY players recycle their money. Perhaps they pay them, and then straight away send them an irresistable new offer that they make sure expires "today" in order to hurry them into redepositing.

They could deal with this by not sending players who have just withdrawn any new offers until a few days have passed. This would discourage recycling.

Another cause of recycling is the max cashout restriction. With these recycling is mandatory, players CANNOT play on even if they have completed the WR on the chip. They MUST go through the somewhat pointless process of withdrawing, receiving it, and recycling purely to be able to play on with the same balance, but with the max cashout restriction removed.

Funily enough, we here at CM have been telling casinos using max cashout rules that this will inevitably lead to higher processing costs because they insist that players withdraw and redeposit in order to carry on playing.

As said before "We told you so":p (but would RTG and Rival listen - of course not, they knew better).

Recycling?

C'mon now, that is without a doubt ridiculous!!! It is going to cost the same for the casino if you get paid and then deposit again at that casino. If they are doing it to cut costs, then they will succede, because people will go and deposit else where.

My way of thinking, and again I say MY way of thinking if a casino is fast with their payouts, they get my business. If I have to wait because of whatever reason, my business goes else where. I do understand that being in the USA there are going to be delays, but there should not be any delays in getting the withdrawal approved so that you can not reverse it. There is no excuse for that.

Just my way of thinking.

What if the 48 hours straddle a weekend or public holiday? Will the processing time be lengthened accordingly?

Unfortunately, the 48 hours are business hours (whatever that means....AFAIC the business runs 24/7 but what do I know?).

If you cash out Mon-Wed, you will get it within 72 hours (48hr + 24hrs processing)

If you cashout Thurs you get paid Monday (48bus hrs + 48hrs weekend + 24 hrs processing)

If you cashout Friday etc paid Tuesday, Cashout Sat paid Wed, Cashout Sun paid Thurs.

In other words, if you absolutely HAVE to play under these absurd conditions, do it between Mon and Wed or you may as well play at LosePalace or Rome.

LHofsdal is right...they will save on processing costs, because there will be less deposits and less players. The intelligent thing would be to allow reversals of withdrawals to count as deposits for bonus purposes....at least this way the casino has a chance to get their money back and avoid any processing costs, and given the 30xWRD+B I would say that chance is a very good one.

The free chip thing is silly as well. If they're going to remove the excess winnings and send the rest, why can't it be treated as the players money and be allowed to be played however they like? The casino has the edge for goodness sake! In most cases players will end up losing it, and its' far better having a chance to recover the money than have it go to another casino which is what happens in most cases I am sure.

Nifty has pointed out eveything pretty much, I started THIS thread back in October when this seemed to change.

It is a shame I have not played there with my own money since. (have used a couple of freebies).

I used to love Jackpot Capital for their bonuses and quick payments was the only RTG I played at. Had a larger than normal bankroll to start this year off but they have not seen a cent due to this change and I have had a twitch for some RTG action. Going to start looking for somewhere else to drop a few dollars.

Very Sad news- I have been a loyal player too, just had an issue due to this 48 Hour (Business hours) period. If you cashout on a tuesday night, you will not get paid until the following Monday night- If your lucky. Plenty of other places to play that will pay you a LOT faster. Will not play there again unless informed that this has changed.

Sorry Yasmeen
I have VIP status there and of late any cash out after AM Wednesday has taken till the following Tuesday evening to appear in neteller- and usually requires a prompt before it happens- the excuse used is 48 hold then up to 24 hours to process - so hold Wednesday and Thursday then Friday for the 24hrs and whoops its the weekend so no processing! And Nifty is right when I queried this with support I got the " benefit to our customers" line for, support as well- hogwash!!

yes guys i agree here. i am vip platinum cant get any better. what gets me here is how long cashouts take, but also why the same wr 30x bonus/deposit for vip players. and same x5 max cashout on a freebie. also i am sick of cashing out on a thursday/friday then cant do the saturday $200 bonus unless i reverse my winnings and still need to deposit again to get my bonus. of course when i reverse my winnings its not tied up with my new deposit and bonus, but of course when i withdraw it starts off pending again forever. as surely platinum vip should not have this long to wait for their cash outs. insane and very poor business practice.

They don't distinguish in terms of WR or payment but we do get substantially higher freebies - I raised the payment time issue with VIP at Slotastic and commented re I would be hesitant to play other than Monday and Tuesday and that it was hardly VIP treatment. I did get a polite reply reiiterating what Nifty said earlier (the so called benefit to players line) and that they seemed to feel their bonuses etc made up for it.

I don't so much mind the freebie WR and max cashout- after all it is free money and fairly frequent (and I have actually won quite a few times) I just find that for play after Tuesday JP group is now the slowest RTG payer to non USA players and the payment time is unacceptable VIP or otherwise. I recall prior to this change that there support and payout times were close to Inetbet and I nominated them in one of the CM awards category. Support and bonuses are still good but for me payment time ranks first second and third.

'Recycling' wouldn't be so expensive for the casino (and players!) if they didn't use the same processors for you guys across the pond that they use for us poor slobs here in the states.

did you fill in the survey? i wrote a lot on it about cash out times etc etc but it must of fell on deaf ears. prob needed a lot of people to fill it in and complain.

Question on timing for bank wire with Slotastic / Jackpot Capital

I did notice the 48 hour pending thing. Since I made my withdrawal on Saturday I assume it doesn't hit the 48 hours until Tuesday. My question is if anyone has had experiences with this group on bank wires? I was appalled at the rediculous $60 fee but since it was a nice cashout I wasn't too concerned, but I would like to know how long it will take for the bank wire?

I was very pleasantly surprised with the resolution of a High Noon issue recently and receiving the bank wire within 24 hrs of giving them the bank info (I have had bank wires take weeks - supposedly out of the casino's control).

I hadn't played with these guys for a while because they were having problems with cc deposits, but I just recently tried again and it worked. Happy with cashout - won't be happy if it takes weeks. Appreciate any info on bank wire experiences.

Made withdrawal on 8th....approved on 12 (weekends ya know) and still wating for bank wire on 18th...go figure..I do ACH's and bank wires all day long and it has never taken more than 24 hours to hit any account I sent money to..I even said this to the cashier...but alas..it was approved and sent :::washing hands motion:::

Now it is in the pipeline with them daggone bingo balls, and stuck in the tubes with them darn horses racing...yep...10 days and still in limbo...what is one to do?

Well...I cashed out (at another Casino) on January 10, 2013 & am still waiting for my first check. Yes, it is a RTG Casino. I keep getting middle of next week or Friday. Then when I go to the Casino and log in...they split one of my 2500.00 payments up. They take 7-10 (always 10) to approve withdrawal and then another 7-10 to send to the processor. Same excuse...processors have their limits....well, so do I. They also took away my bonuses because they said I 'abused' them. If I am depositing...how can I be abusing them...I lucked out and hit a progressive. Now, I don't play there anymore and any Casino I sign up with that happens to be an RTG casino immediatley will remove my bonus. Almost all the casinos who accept US Players have RTG software, so there you have it. At this rate, I won't get my money until they want to send it because when they took my bonuses...they took my VIP status and told me my withdrawal is not a priority any more....heartbroken & want my money!!! This close to P<A<B

I'd also be interested to know what RTG casino this is? I think it's terrible that they've locked you out from boni when you're lucky win was exactly that... Luck! :) So do they lock every player out that hits a RJ?
