feel robbed of credits from Dash what you think?

Dont get me wrong i do think 32 Red group is one of the best but I did have a experience with Dash that i think I should get some credits back let me know what you think?

I play 32REd more than Dash but made a handful of deposits at Dash since the new version of the LOTR

I have also notice my bonuses wager requirement was always high even though when i deposit had no balance at time.

My last deposit 25 plus 25 bonus I was having a bit of luck up 200 when I notice my bonus amount was up to 160.00 and wouldn't go down. I contacted support online was on hold for ever then I asked if you still there online help replied back be patience ,so I was untill it timed out.
Got someone else and was told i had a feature or bonus with that needed played out on LOTR. I kept saying I have no feature or bonus and I start playing LOTR untill I used up all credits but wager requirment didnt go down. I asked how much do I need to play to clear it up ,was told I just have to keep playing LOTR as I have a feature or bonus to play, Again over and over I told them I didnt have a feature. Between other e-mails this was the last one i recieved.

    Hi There Greg

Thank you for your recent contact with us.

My teamleader sent you an e-mail regarding this on jan 3rd but as you haven't recieved it, the reason you had problems with cash going into your bonus balance was because a bet was actually stuck while in playing old version of the game Lord Of The Rings before it was migrated over to a progressive slot machine

our software providers have now assured us that the problem is remedied and that you will have no further problems.

    Kind regards
    teresa

So my point is i kept telling them i have no feature and when i was winning I swithced to play LOTR trying to clear this but all along it was a software problem so since the new version my deposits went to bonuse i truly feel i shoul get some back as I brought the problem up but the first didnt listen to me and kept telling me i had to play LOTR I did but bonuses never went away. What you think ? look forward in any feed back very dispointed in the customer service relating to this, they first mislead me and didnt believe me at first.

    Greg

I had a similar issue where credits were being registered as bonus balance for many months and wasn't told about it (I simply assumed it was a glitch in the software)

It was only in the last 2 months when I asked them and they told me I still had active games on 3 slot machines - it would have been nice to be told

    All ok now though.

    What Nate said.
This is a well-known glitch with MG software. I'm sure 32Red will do the right thing!

    I find this rather odd.

A stuck bet on a game that doesn't exist

I think this exposes another lie from MGS. The game DOES still exist on the server. Why?

There IS a way to play the old LOTR, and Markus and his "third party casino client" would be able to help.

Since there is no casino offering this game, it was a decision from MGS. Given that it still exists on the server, it was not NECESSARY to force players onto the new one, but is further evidence that the whole thing was designed to FORCE LOTR fans to play the "mega moolah" pooled progressive, and thus contribute around 6% of their RTP to the pool. This means more winners and faster climbing pools on all the games using this shared pool.

What's next, Mega Moolah Tomb Raider and removal of the old one.

ALL removed games could trigger this error, and could mean quite a few players end up with an unsolvable problem. This is something MGS should have addressed when they changed from their former "never remove an old game" policy.

The removal of the old LOTR was hardly popular, yet popular demand to remove other "crap" games has been resisted by MGS.

It shows there is no practical reason for not giving players the choice between old LOTR and the new progressive version. It's still there taking up space on the server, and still there in the client taking up space on the hard drive.

Front line CS don't stand a chance, the tags that come up for games are not really that clear, and I expect they just saw something like "LOTR 1" against the stuck bet, and assumed it was the current version. It took second line support to discover the problem, and there IS a case for compensation, and 32Red should bend the ears of some MGS execs over this in London.

Why can't MGS do what some other providers do and have a system where a popup happens when you login telling you that you have an unfinished game that has to be played before continuing?

Would solve the problem....not for the OP, but in the future.

I'm not sure that the history showing unfinished games necessarily means the game is still available on the server. If MGS removed IR tomorrow, I'm sure todays spins would still show in the history along with whether they were completed or unfinished. The only issue would be that the actual game round now cannot be finished.

You are absolutely right, I wouldn't stand for this either, should be fully compensated as this was not your fault deepsky2, playing games after depositing with no chance of withdrawing even after big wins, you are right to feel cheated. Or at least gave some free credits to make up for the misunderstanding, though it wasn't customer support's fault either, they did in the end resolve your complaint, I would do what Seventh777 is saying
you will be probably glad you did, I myself have never had any complaints about Dash, though I do undersand where you're situation. I hope everything works out for you.

They actually do have this option. I received the message not too long ago when I was disconnected whilst playing BDBA. Obviously, he majority of MGS casinos did not have this implemented for some reason...

    Thanks

Thanks everyone for the feed back most reason I feel cheated out of funds is online help told me over and over I had to keep playing LOTR

They should of looked into it right away when i told them I had no feature or bonus but the kept saying I do and keep playing the game till it cleared. At the time I was confused but continued when I contacted them again yhey emailed there terms and conditions but finally they learned it was a software issue.
Sure when I was up to 200.00 I may of lost it anyways but I wasnt playing LOTR and I did because they instructed me so all my deposits I lost out because of this software glitch.
And I never heard a sorry from them and not even a 5 dollar credit..........I know everyone is a fan of 32RED group but I dont like the way they handlew it.
Yes the last people did take care of it but I went through hell with online help as the kept telling me I had a feature/bonus and still did even though over and over I did not .Right there that should of rang a bell for them and look into it not to tell me to keep playing.

    Thanks again for everones input
