Your first withdrawal will always go back to what you used to deposit with.
Make the next with Moneybookers and you will never get that problem again.

Someone said up here that what you used as a last depositmethod you have to cash out to, but thats not true either because I have used MasterCard a lot of times but always used Neteller for cashouts.

I'm certain after my first withdrawal that I was able to send my withdrawal to any other depositing methods I had used in the past.

32Red are not the delay - The processing bank and your bank are the actual delays. On average, it takes about 3 Days to get back to my VISA, irrelevant of which Casino I play with.

Moneybookers will be within a day. Probably a hiccup with this one, but trust me - you are in the BEST HANDS in the online industry.

I got one withdrawal but had to withdraw to EcoCard since that was my last deposit method even though I'd used moneybookers in the past. Which sucked because EcoCard took 10% right off the top. Well actually I don't know if they took a percentage, but my withdrawal was for $300 and they took $30. Maybe that's a flat fee. Either way it sucked.

This is Correct and has always been the same for me. You can however ask live chat to pass a message onto processing to have it paid to another method.

I used Visa and in cashier withdrew to Neteller but before I contacted CS it was to late and it was sent back to my Visa which took 3 working days. (still damn fast in my opinion)

Long term players should be able to make arrangements to waive some of these protocols. The longer you have played, the happier they are that you are genuine.

I have had my reverse period set to the minimum allowed by MGS back end software, effectively having "autoflush" for all withdrawals. I can also have withdrawals back to Neteller, even when deposits have come from a VISA card. I have used this Neteller account there since I joined.

I expect that if I suddenly changed to Moneybookers, used a new card, and asked for it back to Moneybookers, it would be sufficiently out of character for them to ask me to again comply with security protocols.

Club Rouge members should find this easy to arrange, because 32Red have already satisfied themselves about a player's credentials before they get the Club Rouge invite. Non Club Rouge players in good standing should also have little trouble making bespoke arrangements for their accounts.

In this case, it appears the delay is down to the money being sent back to the card. I don't believe that setting a preferred method in the software carries the same weight as having it arranged through CS. It is possible that protocol overwrites the setting, so the cashier sees no note of a preference for a card deposit's proceeds to go to Moneybookers, hence they follow the standard protocol and send it back to the card.

Their processing is not truly instant like Ladbrokes, so although the withdrawal gets moved to processing straight away after being flushed, it awaits the next batch, which could be some hours away, or the next day. What you should get is payment in under 24 hours, which is most noticable when using an eWallet.

Changes to banking rules seems to have made it equally fast when going back to a card. GNUF sent £5200 back to my VISA card, and on the same day my "available balance" reflected this £5200, even though it had not appeared on my statement. This suggests that the 2-3 day wait for a VISA withdrawal is a thing of the past for UK players. This may well spread to other EU countries. Pity this doesn't seem to include Canada.

I made a withdrawal today at 12:30 and it was in my Neteller account at 15:30, I remember the good old days when they used to process withdrawals in 2 hours and 59 minutes, damn they are slacking . I think I may be partially to blame though as when I was talking to CS Amber and she requested some security details I inadvertently forgot myself for a second and added `I like to wear woman`s clothes and my fav colour is blue` the awkward silence broken only when I responded `I lied, my fav colour is red` .
