I have had problems receiving emails from 32Red for a long time. I've changed email addresses, added to safe sends lists, etc. and still the promotional emails don't arrive. I am on the mailing list, and I get chat transcripts and other emails.

I was told long ago I was alway welcome to ask support about any bonuses, and usually whatever offer is there as a pop=up. As Matt said, say NO when it asks if you want to buy credits.

i did as you described,but there was no barcode in the popup,there was an popup but it was about playing on a mobile phone

maybe i should delete 32red and download again,cause i wasnt able to find the christmaswheel also when that promo was on

I have always used Neteller at 32Red and never had any of the things you mentioned.. you are not thinking of Ladbrokes?

I've always used Neteller at 32Red too - never a problem.
Ladbrokes increase the WR 20-fold, or something ridiculous like that!
